Holiday rentals with a patio in San Juan Playa, Alicante

Lovely modern apartment, all the amenities were there that you needed. Peaceful location although far enough from the city where an uber is required. you can tell rafal and karina take care of the place. Amazing for a nice relaxing few days. The pool has an AMAZING view. Jazmin was also so helpful and made checking in so easy with a step by step guide and was only a text away from any questions. Overall an amazing and relaxing experience and will definitely be going back!

Good delivery, very clean and equipped with all comforts. Close to a coffee/breakfast tent, walking distance from the beach. Swimming pool neat, parking garage very convenient, but also enough parking spaces in front of the door.

Dino and Alex are the perfect hosts .Their help and knowledge meant this was like holidaying with family .Five stars aren’t enough to reward their effort .It is a wonderful apartment with every amenity and is perfectly placed to be in easy reach for rest of the city of Alicante .We would not hesitate to recommend fellow travellers and our friends.Ross

Perfectly located in the city center, this Airbnb was ideal for exploring everything on foot. The balcony was a highlight, sunny all day and a great spot to relax. Highly recommended

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a holiday, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

The flat was ready after booking it a couple of hours before to get in. Everything is very clean, the beds are very comfortable and in a place close to public transport in Alicante. We recommend it!

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Super nice home in quiet surroundings. We were well received and received recommendations for various things in the area and transportation. The host and Welcomely responded quickly to messages and were flexible on both check-in and checkout. We would consider coming back again!

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. The only thing we struggled with was finding taxis that would take us elsewhere, but that meant we spent more time in the pool hahah xx 10/10 would recommend xx Thank you Dan xx

Hosts were very helpful and flexible, always responsive and friendly. The villa was very clean and very quiet! Also walking distance to the supermarket and the town. We had a great stay and would recommend!

We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

Perfect villa to enjoy a few days of disconnection. Host very helpful at all times.

Qing was very pleasant, attentive, and always reachable and responsive. She was accommodating to our traveling needs specially with a toddler. The apartment is very spacious and make you unwind from the busy center. Host work with you if you have additional requests.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

This accommodation is worth it for the breathtaking views of the city, a few minutes from the beach that you can reach by taking a short walk, the pool area and garden is very large and very beautiful. The apartment has everything... I would book again if we return to Benidorm and it is available. It was a success... my family and I loved it

It was a great stay in a very clean and modern apartment that was located in walking to the city centre. The apartment was also located at the top floor and with the balcony, it gave an amazing view and a very cozy atmosphere both day and night. The hosts were also very inviting and welcoming with quick respond time which made the visit very enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Dominique’s apartment. He was very responsive and accommodating. His place was immaculate, comfortable, well -stocked, and tastefully decorated. The pool is an awesome added amenity. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The private parking space is very convenient as it was difficult to find street parking. There were many great local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We highly recommend his apartment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
