Holiday rentals with a hot tub in San Jose

As mentioned by others, the place is super comfortable, has a lot of amenities and is super close to the boardwalk and the downtown area. However, what really stood out to us was the host’s hospitality. They were super accommodating when we mentioned we’d be getting to Santa Cruz a little early and if we could use the bikes to go cruise around in the meantime. We only stayed for one night, but were able to enjoy a full day of fun because of that. We rode to Brommer park, played pickleball, went back to check in, headed out to eat, walked around and then went back to enjoy the spa and ping pong table. The whole house was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Definitely recommend David’s place.

An ideal relaxing place right by a beach oasis. Sigward was really thoughtful about our stay and overall experience. Will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone.

I’d recommend an upgrade to the WiFi, but short of that … the property was perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Darling home, perfectly situated on a quiet west side street, and walking distance to lighthouse point, Steamers, beach, boardwalk, and downtown shopping. Also, there are several B-cycle hubs in the neighborhood for easy, convenient e-bike rentals. Love this neighborhood, and this home did not disappoint! Great kitchen, awesome hot tub with outdoor shower, and comfy beds. We’ll be back!

Felt like it was just lke my home accept they have a hot tub that I used almost every night during my stay also had a beautiful garden. Is very quiet and relaxing.

This beach bungalow is fabulous ! The home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway! The outdoor patio is a bonus living room! The location has a nice ocean view and easy access to walks along the beach. Heather is a great host! The recommendations provided are very helpful and spot on! Will definitely book this wonderful gem for our next visit to Santa Cruz!

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Justin's place, enjoying his beautiful decorated tree, thoughtful gifts, and delicious cake from a well known bakery and the stunning views of the mountains and city lights, including a firework show from the city. Justin‘s house is just big enough that we all have our own personal space but cozy enough that as a family we were all together.

Just wanted to clarify a comment I saw about being fined or overcharged. From my experience, the host was very clear and fair. We originally booked for 7 people but let her know ahead of time that we’d need space for 10. We paid the extra cost upfront and didn’t get hit with any surprise fees—follow the rules and she’ll be a great host. That said, not all 11 beds are full beds. We used the space for a company retreat where everyone expected their own full bed, so a few folks ended up booking hotels or crashing on sofas. But again, the host communicated all of that clearly in advance.

We booked this place for a family staycation to spend a long weekend doing nothing but relaxing. This place exactly fit the bill. The hot tub was amazing, the pool was lovely and clean. Our little daughter thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The place was clean and well appointed with amenities. Best of all, when we realized we might end up arriving earlier then check in time, Alex promptly set us up to arrive a while hour and a half before time!

I loved my stay! Milady was amazing and very welcoming. The house was beautiful and I loved the views.

The house, especially the backyard, and the neighborhood in which it is situated, are stunningly beautiful. While guests do not have access to the master bedroom, the price for the rest of the house is well worth it.

This was a great escape in Oakland! Every guest had their own bathroom and the kitchen/living room space was so spacious.

Fantastic place with a stunning view of the beach, incredible interiors, and amazing taste. The front and back gardens are beautiful, the kitchen is super well-equipped, and the beds are absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it – Ann is super kind and responsive. Oh, and by the way, the two most beautiful palm trees in the neighborhood are right in this garden. Don’t hesitate – just come, it’s a no-brainer!

Sarah's place was the perfect stay for our trip. The property was beyond beautiful. It felt secluded but was only 15 minutes from everything you could need. Our family group of 10 had a wonderful stay here. The home itself is full of character and in a truly peaceful setting. The road leading to the home is quite narrow and requires careful driving (as stated in the listing) but the destination is worth it. We throughly enjoyed our time here and recommend it for larger families/ groups.

Beautiful, tranquil redwood oasis just 25 minutes from Santa Cruz. Everything about this space was intentional from the softest linens and jacuzzi, to the gorgeous setting! Highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay. Kitchen and bathroom were modern and lovely. We Cooked every meal at the house and it was a breeze. The heated bathroom floor was a lovely bit of luxury. There is a house close by, i didn't quite realize how close, honestly it wasn't a problem at all. Heard a saxophone being played at 6am briefly..once. If you an overly private person, perhaps the other house is a bit close, but, honestly it's also fine. Overall, wonderful place to stay, we felt extremely relaxed.
