Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in San Gimignano

what a great spot, just out of the buzzing old town and close enough for a short walk to get it in. Perfect for our little family with peace and quiet (and comfortable air con) but also convenience. And to boot there's a great little cafe right next door. The modern facilities of the well designed and furnished apartment were appreciated where many other accommodation reviews often leave lacking (we weren't prepared to take a chance). Caterina's communication was great and though she was away she coordinated easy access to the property.

Paola’s place was a wonderful, cool safe haven in the busy city. Fantastic AC for the heat, comfortable, homey, with incredible views from the balcony. Paola was responsive and flexible when it took a long time for us to drop off our rental car, and provided some great local recommendations. Easy walking to the city center and tourist sights. We had a great stay!

It was a great stay! The condo is actually part of a hotel and it was nice to be able to leave our suit cases at the front desk. Close to the water and was a beautiful stay.

There’s something very special about this home and its surroundings. It’s both serene and spiritual. A charming old farmhouse, with the most beautiful greenery all around it, (many olive and fig trees) and stone pathways to lead your way. Beatrice is so helpful and sweet. She is lovely to talk to. She is available when needed, yet allows you privacy. She also let us have the opportunity for a late check out. Getting to Florence from the home is a 35-45 minute drive, but there are many surrounding towns that Beatrice helps you to navigate. If ever I return, this will be where I stay. Thank you Beatrice!

Laura was an incredible host, nothing was too much trouble and would respond to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and cosy, and had everything by you needed. A 20 minute walk from the pitti palace, making central Florence super accessible. Thank you Laura for a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s apartment. Cristina is such a kind and responsive host! Our family group of 6 people (including 2 cousins) stayed here for 5 nights. The apartment is so large! Everyone had their own space and it was very comfortable. This would be a very flexible and accommodating space for almost any kind of traveling group. The apartment has everything you need, and it also has a lot of interesting artwork throughout, which we enjoyed. The location is perfect - easy to walk to so many places, live music each evening on the street below.

The apartment is very spacious, new and beautiful. It has the advertised amenities. It is 300 meters from Piazza San Marco, where you have the means of transport to get around: how to get from the station or go to Piazzale Michelangelo. It's very easy to walk from there to the tourist spots.

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

We loved out stay… so peaceful with beautiful views from the pool and yet so close to the things that you want to see in Tuscany.

Ilaria was very friendly, made us feel at home, always responded quickly to everything we needed and gave us many instructions for help. The house was very clean and looked as it was in the pictures.

Very well located and clean accommodation, with an attentive and very patient host. Transportation is well served and close to the accommodation. The tram takes you to the historic centre of Florence. We recommend that you travel to Pisa by train and to Siena by bus. An unforgettable Tuscan week due in large part to Simone's good advice. Super cozy and well-furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and quiet. Separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location is peaceful and pleasant, just a few stops from the city center, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back again in the future!

It was a simply fantastic week, a beautiful place, an oasis to relax and have fun in nature, but the real added value is Paolo, who is always ready and available to give useful advice on what to see in the area and has a constant eye of friendly regard for his guests

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

Its our 3rd time in a row that we stayed at Serena's place, as usual it was amazing. It feels like home, due to the privacy we have at the house, but feels like home too because Serena and her family are one of a kind hosts! Thank you for having us, we hope to see you next year! Wonderful home for our family of four including a one year old and three year old. Authentic, private, clean and in an amazing location with a beautiful view. This was our favourite Airbnb of all time.

Duddova is a small, very quiet place - ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view over the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and laid out with great attention to detail – a true oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and attractions - a car is essential for this. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, fast and helpful. Sára is a great host. She responded to questions very quickly. The whole, large house is at your disposal, cozy, you feel at home. Above-standard equipment, everything beautifully clean. There is no air conditioning, but we didn't mind. The house has a large stone terrace with an amazing view of the countryside. Parking by the house. We'll definitely be back🙂.

Amazing Villa! We enjoyed every minute for our 10 days vacation. Absolutely conveniently located in proximity of Arezzo which gives us quick access for hour or two drive to all cultural and artistic towns in Tuscany and Umbria. The villa is exactly as described and beautiful maintained. Chiara and Andrea exceed our expectations for hospitality. Highly recommend their house.
