L’appartamento è fantastico, perfetto per una coppia, fornito per tutte le esigenze. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere tutto a piedi, in quanto si trova nel cuore del centro di Firenze. Virginia è stata presente fin da subito, dandoci istruzioni e restando disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente prenderemo in considerazione questo alloggio per un prossimo viaggio sempre a Firenze! 🥰

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

Die wunderschönen Lage der Unterkunft war ein Traum und das Gelände mit Garten und der Trasse im hinteren Bereich war super für mich persönlich um die Gegend mit dem Rad zur erkunden war's perfekt eine schöne kleine Stadt in der Nähe und nach Florenz mit dem Rad zwei Stunden und mit dem Zug 20 min also perfekt

Siamo stati benissimo, l’appartamento è bellissimo, spazioso e pulitissimo. La terrazza enorme offre la possibilità di godersi tempo in relax sia per adulti che per bambini durante la bella stagione. L’area giochi nell’area condivisa ha permesso ai nostri bambini di vivere un magico soggiorno ricco di divertimento. Chiara e Tommaso sono stati gentilissimi ed ospitali. Torneremo sicuramente

O apartamento é lindo e bem maior do que parece. Estava com mais duas amigas e nos sentimos em casa! Ele é todo equipado com alarmes e travas, então junto com a região super tranquila, nos sentimos muito seguras. Todos os cômodos eram muito bem equipados, principalmente a cozinha. Gostaríamos de poder ficar mais tempo para aproveitar mais ainda o apartamento encantador. Ele é bem próximo de pontos de ônibus e encontramos vagas próximas todos os dias para o nosso carro. Daniela foi muito atenciosa durante toda a nossa estadia e sempre muito solicita para ajudar em qualquer dúvida que surgisse. Amamos a estadia e recomendamos muito!

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and well organized, suitable for longer and shorter stays for 4 people. It is situated in a silent and pleasant neighborhood, within a short walking distance from the famous museums, churches and bridges of Firenze and with easy access to cafees, restaurants, markets and shops. Giuseppe was ready to give advice about every subject we asked about. The communication with him was immidiate, excellent, informative, warm and very welcoming from the day of reservation and throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back!

Totul a decurs foarte bine,de la comunicarea cu Leonardo, care a fost foarte atent cu noi si cu procesul de check in pana la cazarea noastra in acest apartament care e pozitionat foarte bine spre o priveliste incantatoare si linistita. Nu ne-a lipsit nimic, practic am avut un confort ca acasa, somnul a fost chiar odihnitor avnd paturi si lenjerie confortabila. Recomand cu mare placere pentru ca este o placere sa poposesti la aceasta cazare pe care as descrieo in 3 cuvinte: bun gust, lejeritate si liniste.

We had a great time in Florence, and everything was very walkable from Andrea's place. It also had a beautiful balcony with lots of natural light. Andrea was very helpful, showed us around the apartment and gave us lots of tips on what to do in the area and places to eat. The pizza place he recommended was amazing!! Thanks again!

Eleonora was a wonderful host and the apartment was very comfortable a private. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a slower pace and quiet location. By car it was easy to get to different towns or find restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive.

Ilaria fue una súper anfitriona Nos dejó el dpto súper completo No faltaba nada! Desde la cocina, ropa de cama, sábanas y cosas básicas de cocina y baño (jabón, crema, shampoo, condimentos, cápsulas de café, jabón de lavado, etc) El dpto era cómodo, tranquilo y silencioso. Ilaria siempre respondió y nos hizo muchas recomendaciones! Súper completo todo

Our stay here was excellent! This apartment is in a superb location near Santa Croce church and the Arno- walk to shops and food. My family and I stayed for 9 nights in mid Nov with our 2 kids, and the grandparents. We lucked out with mostly sunny & chilly weather. Yelena met us at checkin & was incredibly helpful in walking us through the huge apartment, explaining & answering all our questions. Conad grocery store just below us on the same block has everything to cook a quick dinner at home of pasta and veggies for the kids. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner. Beds very comfortable. The apt was higher end than most Airbnbs. And it was much nicer than the other places we stayed in Italy and where our other family members were staying. Superb! I felt like I was staying in a relatives beautiful apartment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the team at Acacia for making our trip easy and special!

Avec ma compagne nous avons passé 5 jours dans la maison de Simone, la maison était très bien équipée, propre et en bon état. Nous sommes arrivés en voiture et avons pu utiliser la place de parking de la maison. La maison est un peu en retrait du centre de Florence mais le tramway et les bus à proximité permettent de circuler facilement partout où on le souhaite. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de notre voiture du séjour. Les nuits sont calmes et reposante et le jardin ensoleillé du matin permet de profiter d'un petit déjeuner ensoleillé. Merci à Simone qui fut un hôte exemplaire d'hospitalité et de sympathie.

Patrizia war super hilfsbereit und freundlich . Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist herrlich. Man erreicht alle großen Städte (Pisa, Florenz, Lucca) innerhalb von 1 -1.5 Stunden

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison que je recommande à 100% La literie est de bonne qualité, l’environnement est paisible Parfait pour bien se reposer durant les vacances Le logement est idéalement situé pour rayonner sur Pise et Florence, et les conseils d’Alessia pour s’y rendre en voiture étaient parfait

Veronica’s house is incredible. Stayed there as a family of 6- and plenty of space. The view is like something out of a painting! The pictures don’t do it justice. The hot tub was a huge plus! The location so peaceful. Veronica was very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great visit!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

Das Haus war insgesamt sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Einrichtung war etwas altmodisch, aber das trug zur authentischen Atmosphäre bei. Besonders genossen haben wir die ruhige Umgebung, die uns einen erholsamen Urlaub ermöglichten. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, was das Zubereiten eigener Mahlzeiten sehr einfach machte. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass das Haus etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist und dass der Pool nur zu bestimmten Zeiten genutzt werden konnte; es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn diese Informationen im Voraus bereitgestellt worden wären. Dennoch war der Gastgeber äußerst höflich und aufmerksam, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Trotz der kleinen Mängel war alles hervorragend.

Alloggio pulito ed ordinato immerso nel silenzio e nella natura. Emanuele precisissimo e super gentile. Anche i nostri cani hanno apprezzato tanto, sono stati liberi di giocare e sicuri nel bel giardino recintato della casa. Da ripetere!
