Charming typical detached house on the beautiful island of Burano, near the square, one minute from the pier (Burano stop) and one minute from the mini-market. According to ARTICLE 27 BIS LAW R.V. 11/2013, you will have to pay the landlord a tourist tax of 4 euros per day per person (children under 10 years old exempt and from 10 to 16 years old reduced by 50%), for a maximum period of 5 nights per person (for continuous stay) and MANDATORY at the time of check-in in cash.

A small apartment cared for in every detail ideal for two people located 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco. The private view of the canal on one side and the internal courtyard on the other make it one of a kind. Just 30 meters from the Navagero vaporetto stop, from where you can easily reach the historic center of Venice, the Lido and the airport.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
