Beachfront holiday rental in San Francesco del Deserto

Small apartment well organized and with all amenities, even more than I expected. Very close to the beach. Alberto is a very helpful and friendly host, ready to respond to any need. Highly recommended!

Tiziana met us in person and showed us the place herself, punctual and very friendly. The house is located perfectly, near the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and there are lots to do in the evenings even for the kids. The balcony terrace is one of the things I love. Spacious and relaxing. We had dinner there and you can see the big ferris wheel and at mornings you can relax on the lounger as the sun shines.

Cinzia is a really kind and helpful lady. The house is impeccable and cozy with all the comforts for a comfortable stay. There were 4 of us and a small dog. By the way, Cinzia is really pet-friendly. Kind of like being home. On Via Bafile. I mean, highly recommended.

perfect location, once you arrive you won't need the car. everything within a short walking distance. very clean apartment with everything that you could need for a stay. considering the location, condition of the apartment and having everything you need (including towels and linen, not so easy to find in this area) fantastic value for money! If I ever return to Jesolo this will be my first choice for a place to stay without question!

It was excellent, everything as described and even more amenities than in the description. Very nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back because of the cleanliness and the price-performance ratio. Perfect location and very quiet in the house itself, despite the central location. 10/10!

Late April '25 we stayed 4 nights with our Kids (9y, 7y) at Eleonora Apartement in Jesolo. The flat contain everything we needed for our stay and daily needs. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The flat is very close to the beach and also very close to restaurants nearby. We parked our bicycles and the car in front of the house. We went to the city and beach every day. One day we did a daytrip to Venice (Ferry from Punta Sabbioni to San MArco) Overall we had a very good time here!

We had a great holiday in Vanessa's apartment and the beautiful surroundings. Vanessa gave us lots of tips and was proactive with communication. She welcomed us warmly and gave us great information. We were very satisfied and will definitely come again. Thank you Vanessa!

The apartment was an absolute dream for us. Equipped with everything you need, including various food. Ugo and Graziella were great hosts. They welcomed us warmly and were always available for us. We will be happy to come back.

I stayed with my family in this very nice, cozy, clean house with the latest furniture and accessories (65-inch TV, WiFi, etc.). The house was even bigger than you could hope from the photos. Two large bathrooms with a large shower. A large double bedroom with a comfortable mattress and warm, soft and clean linens. A bedroom with two large beds and comfortable spaces, a comfortable hallway. The kitchen and living room are very functional. A large sofa where you can relax with the whole family. In short, well above expectations. The host always responded promptly to needs and was very friendly. It is a solution that I highly recommend for the large spaces, the proximity to the sea, the swimming pool (which considering the month we were not able to use), the parking a short walk away. I hope to be back soon! Thanks again!

Fully equipped, awesome little home in perfect location. Set up with all you need for a great holiday. Clean and comfy. Shuttters for a good sleep, lovely balcony. Carlotta was super-helpful, giving all the advice we needed. Beach access was quick and nice, grocery stores in few minutes walking, restaurants, shops all around. Cafe Hawai is right under the building, with everything you need for breakfast, snack, lunch, siesta chill-outs. Pool was a super nice feature. On the photos there used to be a trampoline, that we did not find, but pool was perfect without it anway. Free parking was available few blocks away, the only thing you need your car is unloiading and loading your luggages on arraival/departure. everything is walking distance, plus there is bus service two blocks from apartment. Briefly we had splendid time our little one and us truly enjoyed the place. Afternoon petang games, beach-volleyball, everything you needed. Thank you for the nice hospitality!

Sara and her husband were super friendly, easy-going, flexible and sociable. Directly good contact, it is possible to reach them at any time. Check-out also possible a little later if there is no direct booking afterwards. The apartment was very clean, in the complex, emphasis is placed on lunch and night rest. The pool is cleaned daily. Pleasantly quiet yet central location. I myself was traveling with crutches. It was OK, but it's on the 2nd floor via stairs. It was too far to the sea with crutches. Otherwise, the specified time of 2 to 5 minutes walking to the sea is correct. There is also a good parking option by the sea in front. Free parking at any time. The property has an underground parking space for the apartment. The area is completely closed. No mosquitoes at the property, as the village is sprayed. All in all, we would love to come back any time. Really very friendly people.

We had an amazing stay at Carla's flat! It was incredibly cozy, well-equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The location is perfect—just a few minutes from the beach, steps away from great shopping streets and restaurants, and with a supermarket conveniently on the ground floor. We also loved having access to the pool in the yard. Carla was super helpful and communicative throughout our stay, making the entire experience even better. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

We (4 adults, 1 toddler) spent 9 nights at Anna's place. It was just perfect - 2 separate large bathrooms, air conditioning in each of the 3 bedrooms as well as in the living room, well equipped kitchen, 2 fridges (one small fridge was on the terrace), 2 large terraces, walking distance to the beach with a private entrance...we couldn't wish for anything more. We'd definitely return and recommend to everyone!

It is our second stay and we even enjoyed it more than the first time. Is a well-equipped flat, very quiet and the host is very friendly and responsive. The location is ideal: walking distance to the vaporeto, the beach, nice restaurants just downstairs, supermarket and other shops at the same street. The perfect place to enjoy all culture in Venice (a short vaporeto trip and we are in Piazza San Marco, Giudecca, Accademia, …) and all islands around.

Casa Tey matches the listing and the host is friendly and accurate. Quiet area, close to a children's park, the sea and essential amenities. Great for families (even numerous like ours).

we loved our stay, you could really tell that it is a little family gem we were allowed to enjoy. great location, easy busride to the Vaporetto station. enjoyed some time at the beach, restaurants on Lido and of course magical Venice. had plenty of space with our 4 kids, used the kitchen for easy meals. nice view from the balcony. definitely recommend the stay.

Wonderful 'tiny house' bungalows with a nice terrace in a very beautiful kept & tranquil environment with trees, bushes and flowers. There is even a herb garden you can take from for your cooking. The bungalows had everything you need for being self-catering. Annalisa prepared an extra bed for us after asking what we needed. There are free bicycles to use, which was a real highlight for us, because is easy to bike to town and beyond. Annalisa informed us about upcoming events, markets and even strikes of the public transport. She also offers a BBQ, a laundry machine with cloth hanging possibilities and an umbrella for the beach. The location is very private & quiet, close to a beautiful free beach, close to the towns Ca'Savio, Treporti and of course close to other exciting beautiful places to discover. We had a fantastic time!

The place has a summer cabin feel although it is in an apartment building. It is in the first floor and has it's own front yard where you can have a bbq and chill out. The apartment has two bedrooms and 4 beds. Free parking is available in front of the house. The location is perfect! It is just 5 minutes walk from a lovely white sand beach where you can swim and find nice restaurants. Terrazza Mare was our favourite (food was absolutely delicious!). Well equipped supermarket is just around the corner. Visiting Venice was really convenient. We drove to Punta Sabbioni port, left our car in the parking lot that costs 5 EUR for the whole day, and took the ferry to Venice. We were able to buy a museum ticket package also from the ferry port, which meant that we did not have to queue for tickets once in Venice. Silvia was a great host! She provided helpful tips e.g. Venice trip. Communication was easy. We hope to return one day!
