The swimming pool is not open to the public and is shared with the property. The spa and relaxation area can be used upon request and for a fee. In the village, you will find cafés, restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, an ATM and children's play areas; 3 km away, there is a beautiful swimming pool where you can relax in summer.

The furniture is mainly from the first half of the twentieth century, with some modern pieces. The entrance is independent and overlooks a small square used by the inhabitants of the building The heating, by a methane system, must be paid by the guests on the basis of consumption and market cost. Electricity will also be charged to the guests

On top of a hill of centuries-old olive trees on the southern shore of the Trasimeno stands LA BADIA DI S.ARCANGELO. In this unique and precious place is the apartment "Il Convento" which will welcome you with its warm atmosphere and a welcome gift with local products. It can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of a dining kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a special bathroom created in what used to be the bell tower of the Abbey.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
