Spend near one month, and just an amazing experience with David’s house. Everything is perfect, quiet and cozy neighborhood with beautiful flowers. Close to the freeways, easy to get anywhere you want. And the host is responsive and warmhearted. Perfect experience overall.

Drakes place is AMAZING! It was a home away from home. We had 3 toddlers (1, 2, 4) with us, they played in the backyard and it was completely safe for them. All of our needs were met down to an extra crib. He is super laid back and very accommodating, I noticed this from our first interaction. I encourage you to BOOK RIGHT NOW, you will be pleased. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My family loved it and we would definitely book here again.

Beautiful, clean home in a great location. We felt safe and relaxed the entire time. Enjoyed the private backyard, perfectly clean hot tub, fire pit. And having a garage to park in with an EV charger was appreciated. AvantStay was always responsive and helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. Feels like you have a team ready to help if anything came up. We would happily stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay! We felt at home immediately upon arrival. Great location including a park nearby. Loanne has thought of all of the details to make it easy including fun snacks, a few drinks in the fridge and fun soaps/shampoos. The bed and furniture were all comfortable too. Great back yard, very zen! :) I hope to stay at this place or their other properties on my next visit.

Emilee is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond with every single detail. The home is lovely, clean, and comfortable and close to downtown San Clemente, the Pier, and beaches. It is especially great for traveling with kids - what a delight not to have to pack cribs, high chairs, books or toys, all of which are provided! Not to mention there’s a park right down the street. And perhaps best of all, every bed is super comfortable, even the twins in the kids room. We will definitely be back again and again. Thank you so much Emilee!

Meuy was a fabulous host and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooftop is nice and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great as it’s close to town and a quick ride up the PCH if you want to head to Dana Point for the day. I would recommend this home to those coming to San Clemente!

Stayed here with three friends and had the best and most relaxing time. The views are unbeatable, and the private beach access makes this rental feel like a true get-away. We had everything we needed in the home— we went to dinner one night and cooked one night. They had all the essentials in the kitchen. The beds were super comfortable, they had towels and beach gear ready to use, and we loved being able to use the firepit each night. The home is very charming and was spotless when we got there. We had an incredible stay! Would absolutely come back and definitely recommend for other groups of 2-5.

Very central, walkable to beach and restaurants, nice park nearby

I have no hesitation giving this property a 5 star review. From the moment we booked, to checking out, our Host Tina was terrific. She made the entire process easy, and her communication before, during, and after our stay was top notch (we even got to meet her in person as we were leaving). As so many previous guests have already stated, the location is perfect. Great restaurants, shops, art galleries, a Ralph’s and Whole Foods market, and the beach, are all within easy walking distance. Although there is a car port you won’t need a vehicle because the best of Laguna Beach is literally a few minutes away. The ocean view is the cherry on top, of course, but the unit also comes with beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, plenty of bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The kitchen is more than adequate if you feel like cooking although you are literally surrounded by some of Laguna Beach‘s finest dining. Alan & Pam were so amazing from the start. They also provided a guide on their favorite eats around Vista and the place was perfect. I loved the idea of having a gated parking lot, it made my stay more enjoyable knowing that my vehicle was going to be safe at night. The place was spotless and it felt like home. Definitely would come back here to stay when we come back down to San Diego!

We had the best time in this little gem of an apartment. Located in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood of Aliso Viejo with direkt access to trails, a good connection to the freeway and only few minutes by car to beautiful Laguna Beach. Cari is an exceptional host, very thoughtful and attentive whilst always being mindful of everyone’s privacy. The unit sits tucked away in the lush and green backyard of the main property and allows for a quiet stay and feeling of safety and calm. The unit is fairly small with a tiny kitchenette, but offers everything one can need to handle daily life. Very thoughtfully equipped to make the most of every square foot, clean and high end appliances. Highly recommend this place - whether that’s for vacation or for seeking a temporary home.

My daughter got married at Casa Romantica and this was a perfect location. It is also walking distance to Avenida Cabrillo and Avenida del Mar where there is a variety of shops and restaurants. The beach is also close, about 1/2 a mile or so, if you are in the mood to relax to the sound of the waves. I was very pleased with my stay. Thank you.

This place was definitely worth it, walking distance to the beach and the pool made it a favorite for us. Paul provided lots of fun beach accessories for us to use and the condo was clean and had what you needed. The patio is nice to have breakfast on and though the sliding door was really hard to open/close Paul said they were expecting a new one. It was so nice to have a refreshing outdoor space but just a bummer that due to the landscaping project it was a lil bit loud during the daytime when coming back to recoup but that’s kinda out of anyone’s control. Overall we enjoyed our time and would stay again in the future.

"Just Beachy" is a fantastic, absolutely clean accommodation with an exceptional location right on the beach. Everything you need is there...and more. We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Only recommendation Let people know cant get in till 4 exactly. Got there at 3.57. Combinations did not work until 4. Everything else great

Our second stay here was Wonderful! So close to the beach and downtown Oceanside! Also, a fully stocked garage full of bikes, water toys and everything you could ever need.

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful. We love staying here! We have never booked via Airb&b it was wonderful stay as always. This accommodation is fabulous the location is what makes this a real 💎 right across from San Clemente Pier and beach! Excellent indeed! It is easy to park and head to the beach!
