The upstairs and downstairs are set up with their own bathrooms, and multiple sleeping areas. Upstairs has full kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom & 1 bath. Downstairs has garage, bathroom and bar room!

We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
