House holiday rentals in San Benedetto Val di Sambro

We stayed at this apartment for three nights in April and it exactly matched the pictures. The accommodation is spacious, modernly equipped and the bed very comfortable. Particularly positive: The good connection by bus to the city center as well as the free parking directly at the accommodation. A small minus point was the weak ventilation – despite air conditioning it was quite damp in the room, so clothes were slightly clammy in the morning. The shower was missing shelves for shower gel and towel racks. Despite these little things, it was a very enjoyable stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back and can recommend the accommodation.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay in the hpgel of Tuscany. A little remote but we appreciated that. Lots of restaurants around the area with really very good food and absolutely good prices. Accommodation with a large garden, pool, air conditioning and heating. Well-maintained and clean. Chickens whose eggs we were allowed to get. Magena true always available, very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

Monica was very nice and communication was easy. We had a good time. She even left the pool open for us. Unfortunately it was too cold and rainy that week but we still enjoyed the stay.

Alessandra’s place was an absolute dream. It’s picturesque with the most gorgeous view of Tuscany hills in a rustic styled rental. She was extremely helpful and attentive during our stay! Would definitely come back here next time we visit!

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

We stayed here 3 families (6 adults and 4 children between 2 and 5 years old). we already stayed here last year and like last year, everything was great. In addition, the second bathroom was renovated this year, so both were new and modern. the host was very accommodating when booking the stay. in addition, he provided us with a third crib, on the day of arrival he allowed us an early check-in and on the day of departure allowed us a later departure, which was very appreciated by small children. every day was cleaned the pool, which we ended up using only at the beginning of the stay due to the weather. with small children we appreciated the large fenced garden.

Lovely place in a great, very remote feeling area for hikes! Lara is super nice and welcoming, and the house is extremely charming. Big recommend, especially when it’s warm

I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Bologna. We stayed for 3 weeks and felt right at home from day one. The location is brilliant very walkable into the centre or to the local shops. It is very peaceful and you feel in a real community. The apartment likewise had everything you would need for longer stays and we felt upset to leave. Great host who is really responsive.

A very nice home with ample space for six adults and two children. A kitchen that was nice and well stocked with cooking utensils, plates and silverware. The heating system worked well. TVs in almost every room were nice. Good Wi-Fi. Molina di Quosa is very nice. Quiet, small, with nice views of the mountains and hiking. There are two small markets and one café a short distance away.

very nice stay...the accommodation was clean and comfortable...Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Small downside the dishwasher does not wash properly and the fridge is not too cold..... We recommend staying because it's close to Pisa and amenities...

Very nice cottage with lots of character, perfect for the two of us. Easy access into Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the sea. Giovanna and Antonio were very attentive and gave us lots of good recommendations.

Federigo's unit 2 and 3 are suitable for large groups (there were 13 of us). Perhaps the only downside (no fault of Federigo) is the sofa bed in the living room. The units are made up of large dormitories so with little privacy. The 3 bathrooms are definitely very useful and the BBQ area must also be interesting for the summer. Great location to visit Lucca but also Florence and the Versilia. Recommended for short vacations with lots of people.

We stayed in this beautiful Tuscan villa, completely in authentic Italian style. The house is in a brilliant location with views over Montecatini – in the evening a sea of lights! Due to delays on the way, we didn't arrive until 11 p.m., but that was no problem for Cristina. She kindly waited for us and took plenty of time to show us everything. Cristina is an excellent host and communication went smoothly and pleasantly in English. The villa is very private, with a large enclosed property and a fence all around. Parking is available on site. A little tip for future guests: Don't blindly follow your route planner. It will send you via a narrow winding path that you can hardly cross with one car. Preferably take the route through the other side. The swimming pool is tastefully lit in the evening and the surroundings offer plenty of beautiful trips to towns such as Lucca, Florence, Pistoia and Siena. We'd love to come back!

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week. Even in November, with the sun, we had lunch outside in the garden under a beautiful gazebo. The house is beautiful, Corinna and the owner are very nice. We'll be back!
