House holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Bologna

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

We had the best time! The pool was fabulous. And the pasta night was so much fun!

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very friendly staff, beautiful and clean accommodations. Difficult to find location

Visiting Lisbeth & Lars is more than just an accommodation. We stayed at the couple’s unit which was perfect – very clean and well maintained with all our necessities. This place is perfect to have you slipping into Italian style living. We had our morning coffee at the porch with the birds singing for us😃 But the most important thing about this place is the hospitality. Lisbeth & Lars are the perfect hostesses and helped us reserve the best restaurants in the area plus tours with local balsamic and parmesan producers. We will certainly come again, next time at the summer to check out the pool.

Practical and effective accommodation, especially if you need a good place to spend the night. A friend of mine and I have already stayed in this room last year, and it was again a guarantee, from all points of view. Quiet and above all strategic location to quickly reach surrounding areas and cities. Professional host, friendly and always available to give advice or useful information.

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Had a lovely stay. The house is large and there is a good useable outdoor space. Great place to explore the region but you do need a car as resturants and supermarkets are not in easy walking distance. There are a lot of steps to the upstairs bedroom which have 2 single large beds but it is large with a lovely big window. The down stairs bedroom is lovely and large. The kitchen area has everything you need. The shower took a bit of time to get used too but perfectly usable. Michela was very welcoming and helpful.

Marco is very friendly, flexible and accommodating, showing and explaining everything in the apartment. Everything described in the advertisement is there, only the mosquito nets not. ;) But a well-functioning air conditioner, a clean washing machine, wifi, fire extinguisher, etc.. really everything else is there. We stayed with our dog in the accommodation, the quiet environment is very suitable for this. (Unfortunately, there was no equipment for garbage separation.) The photos correspond to the decor on the property. Overall, we were very happy with the place and our host! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alberto's house. The park is beautiful and the house very comfortable and well-equipped. Alberto is charming and always attentive to make sure our stays go smoothly. The house is close to Bologna and around the house there are beautiful walks.

The house is beautiful and clean. Extraordinary, friendly, and hospitable neighbors. Ciccio, our dog, found a new 4-legged friend Jack (The real owner of the house) who took 🤭care of him, introducing him to all the inhabitants of the area and scolding us when we left Ciccio at home alone. Strategic location to move around and avoid traffic. Quiet and quiet environment

Dear Silvia, we had a wonderful time in this quiet, clean and well-equipped house. In addition to an outstanding view, the rooms offer all the amenities you could wish for to spend a carefree holiday. Thank you very much for always being available. Our dog also felt free in the huge fenced garden. Every day, the four-legged friend was on a "journey of discovery". We will be happy to come back. great little place we enjoyed it very much

I spent two nights in Elisa and Manuel's place. The property, located near a park, in a quiet environment, is cozy, well-kept, bright, well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedroom is very comfortable and quiet. You can park near the house. The area is well connected, also ideal for visiting Bologna. Manuel was a present and kind host, always available for any questions or advice.

It was really a wonderful stay! It exceeded my expectations. We stayed here with my 2 year old daughter and there was also a toddler bed, and a private playground. The view was breathtakingly beautiful and it is only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful village of Dozza. Really 5 stars, a top host and top stay! Thanks for everything!

We stayed with Nicoletta and Antonio on our journey. Convenient location to visit Bologna. Fast train connection and you are in the centre of Bologna in 15 minutes. In the village itself, there are cozy restaurants. Nicoletta and Antonio have warmly welcomed us. The apartment is not big but very clean and was perfect for us to stop and visit Bologna.
