You can enjoy various walks including the CAI 422c Dragodena-Vedettola Trail in front of the house. Reachable only by private means, it is 45 km from Bologna, 48 km from Modena and 100 km from Florence. The driveway to the farmhouse is paved.

The house is located within a rustic farm (donkeys, geese, hens ...) and animals are welcome. We're in the center of Emilia, so we're in an optimal position to visit the region and also for a stop to reach far away destinations. It's, therefore, the best solution for who loves nature, but wants the proximity of roads.
