Holiday rentals with beach access in San Benedetto del Tronto

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

What about Mrs. Manuela and her home ...... simply BEAUTIFUL. Manuela makes you feel at home right away, very helpful, nice and takes care of you not as a guest but as a family; I really appreciate those who welcome you with a smile, who makes you feel not as a stranger but as a friend and who comes to greet you in person. The house is the image of the lady, cozy, true and sincere; it faithfully matches the offers and the photos/description she has. The full and spacious kitchen, two great rooms and a functional bathroom; everything clean and tidy and with the possibility of walking to the sea and walking. IF you want to move a great point a few kilometers from the highway and the junction to Ascoli.

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

A good apartment for autumn, with great heating and you can feel at home with all the amenities. I have a request for my next visit - there are no grappa glasses that taste better in the fall:)

Practically new apartment equipped with all the comforts, right on the beach with spectacular sunrises. In the kitchen some necessary things were missing such as oil and salt; We managed, but I'm sure if I had asked, they would have provided them. I would recommend it

W or w ! ! ! This place is WONDERFUL, its peace, its energy, the care in every little thing and every little furniture. The rooms are impeccable as cleanliness and decor, the kindness of the owners in really EVERYTHING is priceless. The possibility of a glass of wine or a herbal tea in the Jacuzzi while you see the sun setting between the mountains and the sea, do you really need to talk about something else? And if you need to, I'll add that following the recommendations of the hosts a few kilometers away you will eat very well, or take something and cook it in the rented space... Everything is very nice. Everything is highly recommended.

We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. Very nice and new house, you can get to the sea and good restaurants very quickly. The nearby railroad tracks were still disturbing at night, but we really liked it. Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

Very good place, I can't think of anything negative. Everything worked well and the apartment had everything. The location in the city is very good, and it is easy to get to the waterfront or train station. Dino was very nice and helpful.

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

We stayed in 4 boys plus a little girl on New Year's Eve, we were with God. Mr. Martino who welcomed us was very kind, he let us stay even a few more hours having arrived late in the evening after work… the house is really nice and with all the comforts! ❤️ thank you very much.

We stayed one night in Chiara's house, everything was perfect, cleanliness and communication. The new place is in a great location on the waterfront and a few minutes from shops and restaurants. Chiara is an excellent host, I hope to return to this facility again.

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. About the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.
