Cottage holiday rentals in San Antonio River

Don and Lisel were great hosts and very accommodating to our requests. I would stay here again. Cute, vintage house that matched the listing. Location is great. Within 10 minutes, we were at the Riverwalk center.

Very cool place. Very laid back. Right on the water with plenty to do if you get creative. Highly recommend.

We had a great time, Tom was quick to respond when we were booking, the place was great, brought our dogs and had a really nice time. Right on the water and we had fun fishing from the lower level of the yard. Great outdoor grill and dinning area. Would stay again. Location was great and very convenient to everything.

Absolutely an adorable house with a lot put into the decor. It felt like home away from home. There are 3 types of AirBnbs: 1. Not going back there 2. That was enjoyable 3. Didn’t want to leave We definitely DIDN’T want to leave. -Neighborhood was clean. -Property and inside of the house was clean. -Easy to find. -Was private but yet people were around. -Adorable unique decor. -Solid A/C and heater. -Great water pressure. -Host was very responsive and friendly. We want to stay there again!!!

Fernweh was so peaceful and cozy. The unit was super clean and cozy. We enjoyed the dog run for our dog and the drive past the river to the grounds that felt super private. Wish we could have enjoyed the pool and hot tub but only stayed one night. Dakota was responsive, helpful and flexible. It was hard to leave and we will definitely go back!

We had an amazing time! The place was super peaceful and easy to find, tucked away just enough to feel like a true escape. Our host was amazing and quick to respond. Our 7 year old absolutely loved exploring and had so much fun. Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend getaway to relax and recharge.

Cozy and rustic little place with all one’s living needs facilitated. Also surrounded by vast grassy fields of adorable cows. Supermarket and Walmart are a short trip to town. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay over a long Easter weekend with family! The deck area overlooking the lake is a fantastic place to hang out with family and pets. We played card games outdoors and there is a cool fort with slide that kept our We also enjoyed sitting in the shady area down by the lake with access to a hammock and chairs. The cabin is cozy and peaceful. We slept really well each night with the black-out shades. Overall, a wonderful cabin. Thank you for sharing it with us for the weekend!

Had a great family vacation, great view of the lake. Easy access to local venues not far from lake. We definitely rent again. Host was very friendly and was very responsive to communications.

This place was amazing! Even though the weather was not great, we had a ton of fun playing games inside and just hanging out. When it got a little more sunny and less windy we were able to enjoy taking our kayak out in the lake. We also enjoyed being able to walk out on the deck and just chill. Randy was very clear with check in/check out instructions and we were appreciative of the little notes around the house (how to use the tv, instructions on the fridge, etc). Overall an awesome stay and we hope to be back in the future!

Juan is a friendly and accommodating guy who was eager to help and went out of his way to make us feel right at home. We were lucky enough to meet him as we were leaving, and will definitely stay there again next time we are in San Antonio. Air BNB hosts should take their cues from him.

We used to live in Boerne and were coming back for a weekend visit so we were familiar with the area. Took about 10-15 minutes to get to downtown, HEB, etc. we really enjoyed the location and my daughter loved the friendly horse and cat! We kept saying “if we ever move back to Boerne, this is where we want to live!” Everything was clean, directions were easy to follow, and Lise was very friendly and responsive! Great stay! Thank you!

StoneHaus is such a great place to stay. So cool to get to say in a historical property that was once part of the Alamo farming property! Quiet, peaceful, and convenient - Alamo Plaza and the River Walk is only about a 10 minute walk from the property. You have gated, private parking as well as a gate around the home, which adds to the overall feeling of safety. StoneHaus has a wonderfully peaceful shade garden in the back, and we loved sitting and visiting there as well as the private front porch. We loved our stay here, and will definitely stay here again on our return to SA.

Our stay could not have been better. We have stayed in many Airbnb‘s, and Karen‘s place is by far the best in every way. We hope to go back someday.

Stayed here for an athletic meet. Excellent place to come to at the end of the day and relax! Wildlife was so enjoyable!!!! Would definitely stay here again!

Super fun space! This is obviously the best rental in town, really stands out on the beach with its fun colors and party lights. We loved being able to walk straight onto the beach, collect shells, meet friendly folks camping in adventure vans, etc. Clean and simple space, really communicative hosts!
