One-bedroom duplex apartment with a private entrance. It's on the 2nd floor (accessible only by stairs) of a partly newly remodeled Victorian Style older house with lots of character. The spacious bedroom is equipped with a TV, work/makeup desk, a closet, sitting area, and a walk-on balcony overlooking downtown skyline. We offer free off-street parking for two vehicles behind a locking gate, and the property is fenced all around. We (owners) live in a separate apartment on first floor.
