Welcome to the MANANTIAL Aparthotel, Double room with balcony overlooking the outside, equipped with air conditioning, hot water, and a minibar. New 5-story building, located in the central, tourist area of the island, on the corner of Avenida 20 de Julio and Avenida Las Américas. Just a 5-minute walk from Spratt Bight Beach. Nearby, you will find restaurants and supermarkets, and on the first floor of the building, there is a pharmacy/minimart. The building does not have an elevator.
