New 5-story building, located in the central and tourist area of the island, on the corner of Av 20 de Julio and AV las Américas. Only a 5 minute walk to Spratt Bight beach. Nearby you find restaurants, supermarkets and on the first floor of the building there is a pharmacy-minimarket. Building without elevator.
