Beachfront holiday rental in San Andres and Providencia

Our stay at the Fresh Beach House was really nice. Host Helga is responsive and well-connected and owners Javier and Liseth are very helpful. I was there with an unofficial nephew for a six night stay. The location is great with a nice view of Haines Cay. Cocoplum Beach is an easy walk. There are terrific restaurants nearby, mostly seafood. I’m not a seafood lover exactly but loved everything. We went to Melite for seafood, Tamara for pollo al carbon, and Kingston Jerk Spot, open for lunch only. A word of warning, though. This is not luxury. There are drawbacks. The water is not safe to drink. You can’t flush your TP. The electricity went off for us for a while a few times. It’s right next to the road and the people here are using the roads at 5:00am. But the place and the people make up for it. I recommend renting a mula during some or all of your stay (Helga can help) so you can drive around. It’s fun once you realize that lane lines are suggestions. Have fun!

The perfect place to stay on the island in my opinion. Toua re right next to the best beach; water was perfect and the wind is the weakest on this part of the island which meant crystal clear snorkeling and calm waves. There is an amazing scuba company literally two blocks up (Anda da Wata) as well as a little market. Mary helped us get a scooter sorted and Uboldina helped us with laundry. Ellie is a responsive and helpful host. It was perfect for our honeymoon and we have already talked about coming back! Cannot recommend Ellie’s place enough!

Trying to provide a towel for the kitchen, to dry when cooking. Additional if at any time it is possible a piece of furniture would sum a lot to the place. Overall great space!

An excellent location, close to everything, comfortable and quiet to rest

Perfect place to welcome the family, in a quiet location where you can move easily, it will always be a pleasure to visit San Andrés and stay in this place!

We liked the place, the price is fair, the service is very good, the location is of its best qualities, the flight arrived before check-in and they helped us by letting us in a little earlier, very kind, we would definitely return.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, easy to get to, there was very good communication with the manager, I recommend it as it is a few steps from the beach and there are many places to eat and share with friends and family. It's also very safe if you have small children. My family and I really enjoyed this vacation in San Andres. I would definitely come back.

unbelievable home will not find a better place to stay in san amdres impossible..the apartment made the whole holiday the ease with being able to walk over to the pool swim in own pool whith private beach .close to all amenities whilst being super secure and private. Santiago was amazing host always on call to help will definitely be coming back will not stay anywhere else ..thank you

Beautiful views, comfortable and clean. There were a couple little things that you wouldn’t notice online such as the bathrooms being quite tight and the pool being shallow and warm but other than that it’s an amazing view to wake up to each morning, the AC in the rooms works super well and the furniture is comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great place to stay! Felt like home , Pilar the host was friendly very detail very sweet. Clear explain every detail and recommended places to eat. Daniel was very detail as well and recommended places very attentive on anything we needed. Place was close mins to beautiful aqua beach night life around and the best restaurant with love was the coral. Highly recommend the stay.

The place was a described, close to the beach and easy access to many amenities. Bocese was friendly, easy to talk and very attentive. Would recommend the place!

The apartment is excellent, with breathtaking views that really make a difference. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. As for safety, everything was perfect, we felt calm at all times. Unbeatable location - close to restaurants, shops, beaches, and tourism agencies. A highly recommended experience. They should consider the stairs if they are going to take this apartment as it is 6 flights but it is very worth it for the view

All 10! Very comfortable place. The host is very kind And be aware. The area where the property is located is not very nice, but we had no problems. Close to downtown and the beach.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment was larger than in the photos, large bedroom, clean bathroom. The kitchen had a microwave, stove, sandwich maker, coffee maker, which helped us a lot. The guesthouse is about 5 minutes from the main beach, which is great for swimming, and about 15 minutes' walk from the centre. There were restaurants and a market right next door. The staff at the place were very friendly and attentive, in the middle of the stay they tidied our room and even washed the dishes. The airport is 900 metres away, we walked back. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.
