Holiday rentals with breakfast in San Andrés

Rosa and Leonidas are awesome hosts they make you feel very welcome as part of their family and community. The Mangrove House is a great place to get away from the fast paced world and slow down to an island beat. Your room is clean and spacious with excellent internet and their is breakfast and taxi service right on the property. The home is adjacent to a fantastic beach teeming with a network of shallow coral vallies. The reef is abundant with marine life and I saw a few nurse sharks milling about so bring a good set of snorkel and fins. Restaurants and a convenience store are nearby and it is easy to take the ubiquitous local buses downtown and back. An awesome braidist and a cool beach side open air reggae bar are a few meters away. If your thing is to laze and relax on an uncrowded beach, swim and snorkel in clear colorful water or take a few cool pics with your mate on a quiet beach then check out the Mangrove House.

Schaquira was responsive before and throughout our stay. Breakfast was well-served and delicious: she served us eggs (scrambled with onions and tomatoes), fresh juice, coffee, and mixed fruits daily. The bed was comfy and large (king-sized). The bedroom and bathroom were clean (we’re very allergic, so this is an important point). The water was cold, but we already knew that (it’s so hot on the island - 30°C - that the cold water was actually welcome). She’s making constant renovations and improvements to the place. Accommodations are simple and homey. The location is a little over 30mins to the center by foot, so we recommend renting a motorcycle or a car if you have a longer stay, as cabs will cost anywhere from 15-30K COP each way. We rented a motorcycle for 80K COP/day. The sunsets are beautiful and the walk seemed safe and was pleasant. Finally, Schaquira is extremely nice and accommodating. We were happy with our stay. The house is really comfortable and beautiful, it is very well located, the breakfasts included are delicious, but the best thing about the experience of staying at Coco House was the good disposition of Ana María, Santiago and Hugo, they are super attentive, helpful, willing to correct anything, however small, that does not work; they are very helpful, they advised us on the rental of the pontoon, the carts to go around the island, even in the market. They were great facilitators of our stay in San Andrés. It's also admirable to see a family working together.

David's attention was very good, he was very kind and helped us in everything and even in the things we lack to buy the day we arrived, if they are renting motorcycles or any activity what they are going to do, ask David first, I help me save a lot of money with the data he provided, the. Hospedaje is super good, just like the description and its location is in the activity sites to do.

An excellent place to rest, it is very quiet and away from noise, the staff are very friendly and are attentive to give the recommendations that are required. It should be noted that there are no shops nearby, which I recommend that as soon as the island is reached, make purchases of the provisions that are needed to take them at once. Good morning. Daniel is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful, the place is very nice, clean, strategically located for people who like adventures and get to know the island, an excellent pool and very cozy, quiet to sleep, very recommended!!

They took a lot of consideration in lending me their facilities and kept my bags when I had already completed my time in the stay. And I was able to spend my last hours on the happy island as I was not carrying the weight of my suitcases, excellent airbnb 100 points!

Definitely one of the best places I have stayed, the human quality, the environment, the facilities, the affection and concern of Estelita, Jorge and Steven, really that we left with the swollen son-in-law of joy and affection from everyone... we look forward to a conversation with Carlos with a few fries to tell the story of the place, but that forces us to return without doubt...they say that one always comes back where he was happy and we were immensely happy so we will return friends!!! 100 out of 100

We stayed in the house for about 9 nights and it was a pretty last-minute arrangement. Ovida was extremely helpful throughout the entire stay, always ready with an answer for everything we asked. The family was absolutely lovely, super friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, outside of town so if you want to go to the central parts it’s good to rent a bike or you need to count with buses and taxis, but otherwise- perfect. Quiet, peaceful, within 2 minutes walking from a gorgeous beach with amazing snorkelling, diving and plain swimming opportunities. Sadly the room wasn’t entirely as clean as I would have preferred but apart from that small detail, i and my partner absolutely enjoyed staying there and would return happily for our next time.

Stefany was very polite, the property is expetacular, clean and very organized, beautiful place.tiv a little problem on the first day referring to a smell of the building that entered the building, but Stefany called the Paula governess who solved immediately, the problem was not the host but the building, hot shower, bedding changed by the housekeeper, I will return again and I will stay in the same most beautiful place on the island, wonderful pools and useful areas, super sympathetic buildings. 1000 for everything. hugs Fabio Tuma Brasil

What a lovely place to spend your holidays! The room was very comfortable and every detail was thought of. The whole place was very clean and idyllic! I especially liked the pool area, which was nice to chill at. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Would 100% recommend staying at Liz’s place.
