Our villa is a classified villa called "Affolante" located on the banks of the Seine with stunning views of an island in the Seine. From its dock, it is possible to go for a kayak ride. The house has been fully renovated by an architect. Activities: kayaking, bikes, paddleboarding, rowing, hiking, climbing in the forest of Fontainebleau. Sports or idleness vacations, to choose from. The village is very lively and pleasant: grocery store, bakery, restaurants within walking distance. Paris 34 minutes away

30 minutes by bus from INSEAD, Samois sur Seine is a village of character, full of charm, with all its local shops, on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest. Walking and cycling paths are accessible within a few minutes walk from the accommodation in the direction of Bois le Roi, Fontainebleau, Barbizon and the surrounding area. Located along the Seine, you can go for a walk or enjoy aquatic activities. On request, we can rent you a canoé, bicycles, crah pads and cars (ask for pictures)

The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Haven of peace in property of 4 hectares of garden, woods with river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood stove for those who want. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Située dans le calme et pittoresque village de Samois-sur-Seine, notre belle et grande villa vous accueille pour vos séjours en famille ou entre amis. Lors de votre voyage, vous profiterez du vaste jardin paysager ainsi que de la grande terrasse invitant au farniente. La forêt de Fontainebleau est au bout de la rue pour de grandes ballades. Quant à la Seine, elle coule en bas du village et accueille bars et restaurants pour boire un verre ou se restaurer.

The ground floor of this townhouse is yours. A double bed, living room, equipped kitchen. a small garden in front, another in the south with BRQ, table, sun loungers. this house is full of lively charm, be my respectful hosts. This house is mine, I live in it, my belongings are stored in the cabinets, but won't bother you when you occupy the house, I'm settled elsewhere. The 1st floor apartment, which is independent, is occupied year-round by a tenant

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.

It consists of a living room, a bedroom with a 180x200 double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with separate toilet and a pleasant terrace, all in a very quiet environment, without any neighbours or adjoining houses. The house does not directly overlook the river, which is 50 metres below.
