Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Possibility to rent two crashpads on site.

Walking and cycling paths are accessible within a few minutes walk from the accommodation in the direction of Bois le Roi, Fontainebleau, Barbizon and the surrounding area. Located along the Seine, you can go for a walk or enjoy aquatic activities. On request, we can rent you a canoé, bicycles, crah pads and cars (ask for pictures)

You will be at the front of the boat with a gentle view of the Seine. A quiet and bucolic place, a small bubble to decompress and enjoy the panorama. Independent entrance via a sailor's staircase. You have access to your own terrace at the front of the boat. We live there. Next to a bridge and the Scandibérique, 20 minutes by bike from the Château de Fontainebleau, near the village of Samois sur Seine. Access to the forest is easy. Accessible restaurants in Samois.

Quant à la Seine, elle coule en bas du village et accueille bars et restaurants pour boire un verre ou se restaurer.

A double bed, living room, equipped kitchen. a small garden in front, another in the south with BRQ, table, sun loungers. this house is full of lively charm, be my respectful hosts. This house is mine, I live in it, my belongings are stored in the cabinets, but won't bother you when you occupy the house, I'm settled elsewhere. The 1st floor apartment, which is independent, is occupied year-round by a tenant
