The surroundings are stunningly quiet and the view fantastic! The weather accompanies you throughout the day and the view of the clouds and the sky is pure joy.

The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

The accommodation is spacious, super clean and the local pizza place is a gem. Luca is a fantastic host who is extremely friendly and goed the extra mile with local recommendations. Just a fantastic place!!

We liked the house and its location very much. It is located by a stream, whose rushing did not disturb us. We did many hikes from the house, where we usually didn't meet anyone, it's that lonely there. Only on the weekend was there a little more going on. The kitchen is well equipped and on arrival we stocked up on plenty of food so we wouldn't have to move our car for as long as possible. Everything necessary for baking and cooking is available. After the hikes, we always used the sauna after we had fired up the stove with the available firewood and brought the sauna up to temperature. If you want to be available 24/7, you may have to find another place. Network and thus also the WLAN were not always available. We didn't mind.

The apartment building in which the apartment is located is in a quiet residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Pontresina. The furnishings are of high quality and the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The caretaker service around the house takes care of snow and ice several times a day if necessary. We felt very comfortable right from the start.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Everything was the same as in the photos. Very stylishly furnished, very clean and designed with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen was superbly equipped, the bed comfortable. It had a lot of great children's toys, our children hardly wanted to leave the apartment. The location is perfect, quiet but still close to everything you need. You can tell the hosts go the extra mile. We would come back anytime and can 100% recommend the place.

I stayed in st moritz for a conference and stayed in the appartment for 8 nights. It was very close to the meeting place, with 2 supermarkets around the corner and the beautiful lake within only a couple of 100 meters. Great that there was a balconnee to enjoy the mountain view and the sound of the small river below. Also nice that the houdekeeper was very responsive to my questions.

Nice place for the money paid.

I was very satisfied with the offer and what I received. Can't be much better. Possibly the creaking of the wall bed took some getting used to, but it was also good after the 2nd night. I would book it again and also recommend it.

Maxie's place is great for walking the Val Roseg trail, and is within walking distance (15-20 mins) of the Pontresina city center, and only a couple minutes from the train station.

This is my second time staying at Walter and Mariuccia’s place. I love their home because we really feel at our home. They are very kind and responsive hosts. Again, I love their surroundings. Mountains, rivers, cute cities close by. I highly recommend their place to stay and for sure I will go back again.

We felt at home with Sonja from the first reception. We lacked nothing in the apartment. It is fully equipped for physically disabled guests, including sewing kits and small board games. We felt a family atmosphere throughout the premises, with toys and equipment for children. Sonja was always obliging and helpful to us. A stay that we already count among our most beautiful holiday accommodations and can recommend without reservation.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! I had a wonderful stay in this small, super cozy apartment! The location is fantastic – quiet and at the same time easily accessible. Melanie is a very friendly and helpful host. Check-in and checkout were absolutely straightforward thanks to clear instructions. You can tell that it was decorated with a lot of love here – I immediately felt comfortable. Highly recommended!

The stay was very pleasant, the host was very responsive and helpful. In the apartment, although small, there is everything you need. I really appreciated finding a stocked kitchen and all kinds of detergents in the bathroom, which is very useful for those who may have to travel light.

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!

Close to the town center with restaurants and shops. Close to train station, perfect location. Beautiful neighborhood
