Holiday rentals with breakfast in Samedan

They were super super nice, warm and friendly, because the train strike also sent us to the train station early in the morning, and the room was also prepared with bread and water, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and we slept well!因为我们意语磕磕绊绊，所以和我们对话语速也很慢 ，超级好 ！ 离湖边很近，周围很安静漂亮 ，还有一些好吃的餐厅 ，大家都来住哇 ！^ ^ Super nice and comfortable room, everyone came to stay! The hosts are also very welcoming and kind, very good!

Very comfortable stay. Clean apartment, nice outdoor area, great view from the bedroom. Able to walk down to the lake (of course as typical for the area with some step work on the way back up), and some good food spots nearby. Annalisa also helped us with finding the best way to enter a hike to a Refugio. Thank you!

Such a lovely place in a remarkable location! Nesso is a beautiful little town with lots to explore by foot - the little supermarket has everything you need, you can hike, and you can see the lake panorama directly from the terrace. Our off-season stay in March meant that the town was basically empty, so we truly got to enjoy some peace and calm. The house is cozy and has some beautiful vintage details (the tiles!). The bathroom is spacious and clean, the kitchen has all the basics, and the hosts kindly provided some snacks and pasta supplies, which was a lovely surprise. One thing to note: there is only street leading out of town from the apartment, and it is exactly 2,20m narrow - so keep that in mind if you're thinking of renting a car :) We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

If we could give 6 stars we would. The location is beautiful, full of wonderful nature. Ivana’s apartment felt right at home, had everything you would want in an airbnb and more. We very much enjoyed all the delicacies! Even with public transport its very reachable and Ivana is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about booking again.

Thank you Monica and Andrea for their welcome when we arrived rather late. A little pie with our first names was even waiting for us on the table! The apartment was wonderful, extremely well equipped with absolutely all the necessities. Not to mention the breathtaking view of the lake. To rest on the armchairs in front of the glass window was our favorite activity. We also want to clarify that breakfast is included in the price with coffee, milk, juice, jams, toast and much more. A big big thank you everything we will come back by bringing the sun with us this time!

Dominic and his father are kind, respectful and considerate. We exchanged ideas on where to hike and what to wear even though we are busy. I’m thankful to have the time to stay in the Aeblis’ house. It has everything you need: dishwasher, washer, hot shower and numerous heaters, for the WC to the bedroom. For me I sleep cool, so the heater in the toilet is enough for warmth on most days; sometimes I use my headlights just because I want to “set the mood”. The bed, pillow and blankets are very comfortable. The living room is always toasty due to the floor heating. Windows are modern and you can’t hear the highway noise when shut. If you have lived in a modern hutte like Kesch, then that's what you can expect + stable internet from router. It is also much less “touristy” or crowded on the way there than Valais, i very much appreciate that. Hope to have the chance to swing by again and accomplish routine hikes!

Could not ask for a more perfect location just steps away from the lake and the ferry and all the happenings along the shores of Varenna - we enjoyed 2 nights and one full day, took the ferry to Bellagio for lunch and a bit of shopping , strolled the botanical gardens within steps of the Airbnb and along the Como shore pathway, visited the beautiful church, even swam in the lake which was refreshing in late April! Enea could not have been a more perfect host - arranged for his father to meet us at the train and had a chilled bottle of Prosecco with 2 crystal glasses awaiting us which we enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the jaw dropping view of Como Lake. Perfection!

Perfect for a weekend stay. About a 10-15 minute walk to the gondola. Small shop and a couple of restaurants nearby. Host was very communicative. Thank you.

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed it. It started with Massimo picking us up from the train station and driving us to the flat. The place was very clean and spacious. Especially for the price, this is an incredible deal. You can easily get on the ferry to go to the neighboring towns but it is about an hour 20 to get to the main city of bellagio, just to keep that in mind. That didn’t bother us at all though. They left us basic breakfast items like eggs, toast, ham, milk and apple juice. We really enjoyed that. Lake como is beautiful and this is a great spot if you want to relax and live a slow life. Not to mention the view of the lake and mountains from the flat was Amazing. Overall this was an amazing stay and massimo and Marta were more than great hosts.

UPON OUR ARRIVAL WE WERE GREETED BY MARIA ROSA, A VERY KIND LADY, WHO LET US INTO THE APARTMENT. THE SMALL APARTMENT WAS VERY CLEAN, IN ORDER AND WITH EVERYTHING THAT CAN BE USED FOR A STAY OUTSIDE THE HOME....IN THE FRIDGE WE FOUND YOGURT, WATER, FRUIT JUICES, ETC.....ON THE TABLE FRESH FRUIT. THE LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT BOTH FOR GETTING AROUND ON FOOT, BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT, BY TRAIN AND THE FREE PARKING FOR THE CAR IS A STONE'S THROW AWAY. VERY CLOSE THERE ARE SHOPS FOR SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS WHERE YOU CAN DINE WITHOUT SPENDING A LOT. SONDRIO IS SMALL BUT VERY NICE. IF WE WERE TO RETURN TO THE AREA, WE WOULD DEFINITELY CONTACT MARIA ROSA AGAIN. THANK YOU

we opted for Edoardo's house as we were in 10 girls and we wanted to be all together. the house has a double bedroom on the 1st floor with kitchen and living room and 1 bathroom on the ground floor a unique room with 8 beds and 1 bathroom. tastefully furnished, clean space, and towels and linens present and clean. highly recommended!!!!

I recommend this place with the pure heart of ❤️Alessandro and her family are super communactive and told about local attractions😃, restaurants in this area can't be bored. The apartment was very nice, there was nothing missing, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine for me additional amenities is the entrance from the garage to the apartment👍 The apartment is definitely for people with a car because the access is through a lot of serpentines, but I like it 😅😉

Great place to stay near Bormio. Everything was very clean and well-kept, with a well-equipped kitchen. We found everything we needed for our stay. Nearby we found bars, restaurants and other activities reachable by car.

Easy to find thanks to the itinerary provided Airbnb Laura is an extraordinary person, she informed us about everything that had to visit and do around the lake, moreover she speaks French which was not negligible for us. The room is large and comfortable and with great taste, in the morning we have a HEARTY breakfast in the common area where we have lake views from the terrace. Loved our stay at Laura's and for sure we'll be back.

Wow. This place was amazing. Felt like a local staying here. The b and b is filled with tons of original artwork and antiques. Perched next to the waterfall where you can listen to it all day and night. Breakfast was thoughtful hand made treats every single morning. Other reviewers mention how there’s no restaurants or cafes near by in the village. Not true. There’s around 4 cafes and 5 restaurants. It’s not a tourist village. It’s wayyyy better. We fell in love with this town and this air b and b was truly amazing in every single way. Do not miss out. Thank you Davide and Ettore!
