Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Samar Island

Clean, the space is clean, comfortable stay. I stay again every time I walk through Tacloban. My home away from home. The CR is clean. The pillows and the bed are humid. There's a table outside, you can hang out or hang out there. There is a safe parking area.

John was a great host. Flew in Tacloban for a wedding and it was rainy. We did not prepare. They would lend us umbrellas without a second thought and accommodate us if we need help. Thank you for the great stay.

We had the most comfortable and peaceful stay at Elenn Inn! The entire place was impeccably clean and had such a serene atmosphere. It was the perfect retreat to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of Malapascua. Sir Joel was incredibly attentive to our needs and very approachable, always making sure we were well taken care of. The room was cozy, well-maintained, and provided everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. I also miss the sociable cats and pups that roam the property – they were so friendly and added such a warm, homely vibe to the place. I highly recommend Elenn Inn for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and clean place to stay in Malapascua! Will definitely return on our next visit! 🌸

Stayed here last November so impressed that I booked again Walking distance of large shopping mall and only a 10 minute ride down town for the real Philippines experience

The place was very clean, and the rooms were comfortable. Unfortunately, no Hot Water, WIFI or TV. The Host was great, and no complaints... Breakfast was pretty good too, and at a reasonable rate.

This place is nice, spacious and feels like home. Check in and check out were easy, although you have to call the host. The place was clean, but I think they forgot to place a trash bin during our stay. The apartment is loft-style so there was a relatively large space for the living room, dining area and kitchen. This place is worth its price.

Highly recommend this place, it was quiet, peaceful, clean and the host is very accommodating!

I believe my wife and I were the first guests to stay at the Omawas Beach Surf House. The small studio house is literally brand new, fully equipped kitchen and a very user friendly bathroom. A nice long Beach out the door with super soft sand, made for great walks! And crashing surf to sleep to every night. Josel was a super attentive host , but also gave us our privacy as well. A really enjoyable stay!!!

The whole place and the room is nice. It's quite dated but well built. Pros 1. Parking 2. Huge room 3. Location Cons 1. Doorknobs where quite rusty (i wrapped the Cr doorknobs with plastic ) 2. No shower 3. Dog poop (just be careful not to step on one)

Iverson's place is absolutely beautiful! The courtyard outside the home is full of plants, beautiful artwork, etc. There are tables and chairs to sit outside and a small swimming pool the kids had a blast playing in. We were the first guests at this property and being new to Airbnb Iverson had it set to book Instantly, but after booking he told us is wasn't available and we would need to find something else. It turns out that his parents were staying there but when we told them we couldn't find anything else for our large group the parents moved out and let us stay. They were super sweet and accomodating. I really enjoyed visiting with them. I did not meet Iverson as he is away in college. Though the house itself is nice and very very comfortable it is not a place for younger children because they have so many beautiful knick knacks all throughout the house that we were concerned about getting knocked over or something so we were constantly telling the children to be careful.

There was a problem in Airbnb in the location with Pilar’s house. Pilar’s house is in the North of Malapascua and not in town centre! It’s good to rent a motorcycle for transport. The house is a beautiful native house with space to cook. We booked a snorkeling day trip from the beach nearby. The locals are very helpful in organizing this trip. Thanks Lyn for the beautiful place. We enjoyed it a lot!

Jemma's place is your home away from home. The place is sparkly clean, gated and very safe to stay. We loved the outside dining and cooking area. Jemma is such a sweet and hospitable host.
