Bedroom 2 has a double bed (140 cm). Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90 cm). The living room has a couch that can be turned into a bed. This way up to 4 people can sleep in separate rooms. The apartment has fast WiFi internet. The kitchen offers a dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge, coffeemaker and everything you need.

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

The spacious farmhouse, renovated in 2024, is located in a quiet location and can accommodate up to 6 people. All rooms are located on the ground floor and are barrier-free. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the south-facing terrace, which offers plenty of privacy. The large property is shared with the host. The large garden with seating areas and the pool (depending on the weather) are available. The place offers variety for a relaxing holiday.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 ha. The terrace invites you to listen to the concert of birds of a huge oak tree and offers plenty of space to admit to a fire bowl of the night. Clay walls, wooden floors, tiles with flooring and a fireplace make the house a beautiful place at all seasons.

Surrounded by the unique cottage in the historic rundling of listed buildings and a lot of nature.

We welcome you to the beautiful and historic Rundling village of Satemin in Wendland. The former farmhouse from 1850 is divided into two residential units. The property is located in the former 110 sqm economic area and spacious tenning area. From there you have a protected view of the village square with the old half-timbered houses. On the lovingly planted courtyard with cobblestones is another small stable building and a rear barn.

The apartment is located on the B71 and may not be idyllically quiet, but you have a great starting point for excursions to Salzwedel, Lake Arendsee, Gardelegen and Wendland. Also feel free to use them as a short stay to recharge for the onward journey or to have a pleasant stay during a business trip.
