The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. Obwohl ein kleines Stück außerhalb des Zentrums , ist man mit dem Obus (15 Minuten Takt) innerhalb von 15 Minuten (ohne Umsteigen) mitten in der Salzburger Altstadt bzw. Zentrum. Das Messezentrum bzw. die Salzburg Arena sind von der Wohnung nur 1 km entfernt.

Das Dachgeschoß dieses Gästehauses wurde zu einer besonderen, grossen 104m² Wohnung ausgebaut: Offene alte sichtbare Holzkonstruktion, ein großzügiger Wohn-Essbereich mit Glasfront zur Veranda, getoppt noch durch einen fantastischen Blick auf den See und in die Berge.

You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.
