Our place is right in the middle of the countryside at about 750 meters altitude. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee and about 7 km from Mondsee you can take great hikes and excursions. The nearest guest house is just 1 km away. In a cozy atmosphere you can relax and enjoy nature. Good for families, couples and groups up to 9 people. However, you must book each room individually with groups. We are happy to be happy to welcome you! No public transport at the house !

Pension Baranekhof Kaprun is surrounded by mountain massifs and meadows, directly below the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The capacity of the house is 55 beds and you can stay here in rooms for 1 to 6 people. You will find a lounge, self-service bar - kitchen, barbecue area in the garden, children's playground, billiards, table football, table tennis, fitness, ski-bike room, private sauna and seminar room. The house is also suitable for corporate events.

The Hotel Garni Ledererwirt is located in the centre of Abtenau and is the oldest inn still preserved in its original state, with its particularly striking pitched roof. Formerly a tannery, it was passed down from generation to generation and is still a family business today. The dining room, which is around 300 years old, is the heart of the establishment. Breakfast is served here in the morning – in a room where you can feel the history.

Lindenof´s Classic Room with Breakfast

The Classic Double Room is located in Hotel Lindenhof, a charming villa built in 1928. The hotel is situated right across from the ski slope, with views of the Stubnerkogel cable car and the ski area from the balcony. The Felsentherme spa is just 300 m away, and the train station only 350 m. Please note: a tourist tax of €4.50 per adult, per day is mandatory and must be paid in cash upon arrival or departure.

Double room south of Salzburg

The double room with a private shower and toilet is located in "Das Au-Gut" in Hallein. It is located on the street side, so noise cannot be ruled out. There is no daily cleaning. Wi-Fi and a car parking space are available free of charge. The bus stop is in front of the house. With the MobilityCard, you can travel free of charge by bus and train in the state of Salzburg.

Chalet for 2–10 people

Cozy vacation home in the middle of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Zell am See ski resort. The guest house sleeps 11 people in 2 apartments. Each apartment offers a kitchen, shower and toilet. A storage room in the basement offers space for skis or bicycles, and there is also sufficient parking space. The guest house was newly renovated in 2025 and comfortably furnished.
