Beautiful studio apartment in the countryside between Salzburg and Hallein

Enjoy life at this peaceful and yet centrally-located place. By train, bus or car in 15 minutes in the old town of Salzburg and in 5 minutes in Hallein. The almost 25 m² studio is located on the ground floor with a private entrance. With us you will stay very centrally but also in the countryside with many excursion destinations nearby and the Salzach bike path just a few meters away. Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Above the roof tops: repose and nature

The apartment is only for people who study, work or attend practices in Salzburg or who come to Salzburg for family-related or other non touristic reasons. I am NOT allowed to rent it to tourists. The apartment is very light and friendly. It provides you with a breathtaking mountain panorama, with tranquility and comfort. The center of Salzburg is in walking distance (20-25 minutes) and can also easily be reached by several busses (5-10 minutes).

Modern accommodation in the countryside & close to the center

The modern and newly renovated 85 m² residential unit in the Leopoldskron district offers a unique combination of absolute tranquility in the countryside with mountain views and proximity to the center. The old town is a 20-minute walk, while public transportation takes only 10 minutes. Public transport tickets are provided free of charge for each guest. The local recreation area "Leopoldskroner Weiher" is within walking distance.

Cozy apartment not far from Lake Traun in the Salzkammergut, with stunning views of the Traunstein, invites you to days full of peace and relaxation. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house and is the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours and excursions. The house is situated at a dead end street. A car parking space is provided on the private property. Bikes can be locked in the bicycle room.

Cozy bright apartment in the middle of the village

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!

The apartment is located in the city center - within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of April 2025. This lovingly designed duplex with covered terrace and large balcony was completely rebuilt in 2022 and offers you everything you need for a memorable stay in the mountains. The apartment is located in the center of Obertraun in the immediate vicinity of picturesque Lake Hallstatt as well as the entrance to the Dachstein-Krippenstein ski resort and is also easily accessible by train.
