Our house is located in a sunny, quiet and central location. Short distances make the car superfluous in order to make the most of the generous leisure activities in Brixen im Thale in summer and winter. Many facilities, such as a supermarket, tobacconist and bakery, are within easy walking distance. Bookings in winter from 6 nights and in summer from 5 nights are possible. No child discount! Arrival and departure in winter only on Saturday. Arrival in summer only Friday, Saturday and Monday.

The one-room apartment is located in the basement, but has a large light shaft. Equipped with separate bathroom with shower/toilet, small kitchen with oven, coffee machine and refrigerator. Also a cozy double bed, perfect for 2 adults. The large light shaft has patio furniture. Unfortunately, there is no view, but it is right at the ski bus stop.
