Our stay at Gene & Gretchen's studio was excellent! They have mastered the art of hospitality! The space was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches throughout--offering a calm, inviting atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, it was obvious how clean and well-maintained things were: fresh air (no artificial scents), clean surfaces, no clutter, helpful labels. Every detail felt intentional—from the type of hand soap, toilet paper, and items in the bedside drawer, to the filtered water pitcher and high-quality linens, towels, and other essentials & amenities. The A/C kept the space at a comfortable temp, and we appreciated the blackout curtains near the bed, along with the natural light above the kitchen area. The shower had good water pressure & a detachable shower head. Communication was clear and timely throughout. The check-in/out process was simple & smooth. We wished we could have stayed longer and would absolutely stay here again!

This is my second time staying here. While not as accessible to some places and highways as others, it is in a nice neighborhood and relatively close to whatever one might need. It is clean and comfortable, and the hosts are quite friendly.
