Quiet, spacious, in a very safe neighborhood and close to WSU-Vancouver, our place is good for just about anyone, except for groups looking for a place to party. Nice patio, fenced yard. One bedroom is on main floor. Lots of space to spread out. Relocating families find this a perfect transition spot.

A few blocks from restaurants, coffee house, pubs, Mini Mart, walking/biking trails. Located in a quiet neighborhood with low traffic. Close to downtown Vancouver, Ampitheater, Casino, hospitals & WSU. 25 min from PDX, so it makes a nice home base. Dogs allowed but never leave alone. Not safe for children under 12 due to breakables and appliance rack & table not secure.

A charming place, recently remodeled with tons of space. Brand new appliances, kitchenware etc. The sitting areas are on each of three floors, with the full bathroom on each floor too. Nice view on Columbia river from upstairs. Driving to PDX airport is fast and easy and going to Portland downtown in non-rush hours is also easy. A lot of restaurants and activities are now in North Portland, which is even closer. Vancouver downtown is just 5 min away. Easy access from hwy14, but somewhat noisy.

Relax by the gas fireplace, watch Dish TV, BBQ on the grill or enjoy the shared backyard and the more private entry yard. The laundry is shared with the attached main house. One small pet allowed IF included in reservation.
