We had an absolutely perfect stay in Antoine's house. Everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests: the house is very well equipped, decorated with great taste and extremely clean. The location is ideal, close to everything while remaining quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The garden is a real little piece of paradise, ideal for convivial family moments around the plancha, or to relax in the jacuzzi after a busy day. A big thank you to Antoine, who is adorable, very available and accommodating: he is an exemplary host, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

A wonderful home that is really fully equipped! Everything is designed and planned for us to have a great stay! We had a great stay, in a quiet, very pretty place and the hot tub is a real plus in this accommodation which is super well located for visiting La Rochelle and its surroundings 😉

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We couldn't have asked for more for our stay in La Rochelle with friends. Located in the center, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. Guillaume was very accommodating and friendly. We recommend it 200%.

A more than perfect rental for a family stay. Ideally located accommodation, close to the sea, in a quiet area with a garage and a very nice private parking space. House very well organised and equipped for a large family and very clean. Marie and Emmanuel offered us to arrive earlier than expected. We just met Marie, a very friendly host, these many tips were very useful to us. We will return with great pleasure!

We found a little paradise! Quiet in a cul-de-sac. This small house with its terrace is really very nice, well equipped and ideally located (market 10 minutes, bike paths) and as a bonus a parking space for the car. Thank you again for hosting us. Without hesitation, we will recommend your little paradise.

We had a great time thanks to Patricia and Joel's absolutely exceptional cottage…! We had 3 children under 5 and everything was suitable and made for them: games for each of their ages, books, a small desk to be able to draw and tinker, board games, puzzle. But above all the garden was beautiful and also did not lack activities for children with the treehouse, trampoline and swings... The bikes left at our disposal were a real luxury, and allowed us to discover all the surrounding paths! The kids (and parents too!!) were particularly touched by their little surprise/checkout gift! Another huge thank you for these small touches, for your discretion and kindness. We treasure the address and recommend 200%!

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great stay in the cottage, perfectly suited for our family. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and ideally located about fifteen minutes' drive from La Rochelle, making it a perfect starting point for exploring the region and the island of Ré. Special mention for the pool, which the children loved! But above all, a big thank you to the hosts for their warm welcome, availability and kindness. We would definitely recommend this listing!

A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the centre of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. we had a great weekend with friends at Yann's. It's a nice well-appointed house with a beautiful exterior with swimming pool. There was everything available to have a great stay. Beach and shops nearby and flexibility on checkout appreciated thank you!

It was a great stay at Nicolas'! The residence is very pleasant, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a scorching hot time and the apartment, with the shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back!
