Great location to getaway. Short walk to two different beaches as well as parking pass for great neck beach. Lots of room for two people to spread out. Lots of games to play. Living room was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Easy check-in and checkout

We instantly felt at home! Everything we needed was there, including things that I often bring with me because they aren't usually provided. Erin has set up this house the way you would if you lived there yourself--extra pillows, blankets, bathroom and kitchen towels, kitchen and laundry detergent. Basic spices, coffee and tea, sugar and creamer, every kitchen gadget and utensil. Bath products, night lights, beach chairs and towels. Even a bluetooth speaker and use of their Netflix account! All we needed were a few groceries and some sunshine to enjoy the outdoor spaces and seasonal game room. The house is spacious and charming! Their check-in and check-out methods are easy and they left ample info on how things work in the house and local restaurant and activity recommendations. This is a great location and home. I almost wish we had brought the kids...

This was most definitely one of my FAVORITE places!! So cozy, and relaxing! Chris was amazing and helped me out with anything I needed! Would most definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be staying here again soon:)

My family and I had an amazing time. The house is steps from the beach. Clean and private. We will 100% be back. Sean was great to deal with.

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. There was honestly no need to communicate with Kara during our stay because everything was provided and we didn't want for anything but by her timely responses to me on the day we checked in I'm confident if I did have a request it would have been handled promptly. My wife has family in the area so when we visit again we will definitely stay here if available. The main floor was super open and spacious and the bedrooms are nice and big. Highly recommend.

Loved this peaceful cottage. I had some questions right before checking in and she got back to me immediately. The home was spotless and comfortable in a quiet area.

This was our second time staying at Ned‘s place. Just as Beautiful as it was several years ago. He keeps the property very well maintained and takes pride in making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need for a pleasant stay. Felt right at home!!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was amazing! Very walkable to Bearskin Neck and Old Garden Beach. We had a few little glitches the first night, but Rachel was very responsive and everything was perfect within 24 hours. Would absolutely be happy to stay there again. To future guests: Rockport is light on grocery stores, so even though most things are walkable, for groceries you might want a car.

I loved everything Maxine said and how she helped navigate around every even in the house, everything was so clean, very quite place good for professional working, everything was just beyond, amazing & lovely place you feel right at home with so much space to move around the house. We stayed for three nights to visit the surrounding Cape Ann area. Ian’s place was fabulous - private, spacious, and fully equipped with amenities including a BBQ stove by the pool. Space is larger than the pictures looked like and furnitures were of high qualities. Highly recommended for anyone travelling in the area!

We were lucky enough to have a very extended stay at this lovely little bungalow! The house is so sweet! The layout is easy, the rooms are comfortably furnished, and the floors are beautiful, and there is an incredible library of books. The house is full of natural light, and nestled in a little private spot. There is lovely landscaping in the front yard, and the back yard is magical. The pool is amazing, and you feel like you are in your own little peaceful world here. The house is an easy walk to all of the things that make Rockport such a cool town. And, you can hear the ocean at night from the yard! Trent and Cassie are the best hosts! Kind, responsive, and mellow. We loved everything about our stay! We will be back. ( :

Awesome and relaxing! Adam is a very attentive host. The neighbors are very kind and helpful. The sounds surrounding the home are lively yet soothing. Ps Best vacation yet! Great location right and walking distance of the beach and tons of restaurants and shops! This is a really great deal for anyone looking for a beach getaway. I would recommend staying more than a night, since check-in and check out give you less than 24 hours at the place. Plus, if you are bringing a pet, I would recommend staying longer. But the place looked just like the pictures, it was immaculate, and great for families, friends, small groups. There is a convenience, store nearby and a Stop & Shop. Full kitchen as well if you want to cook your meals! Great deal for the price.

The house is well equipped and if you are planning to be in the yard,which we were, it has lots of fenced space. Our grandchildren enjoyed that. Really, if you plan a weekend, the four o’clock check in and 10 o’clock check out only leaves you with a day in between to enjoy the yard, but it was a great place to sit together and talk while the kids played. The host booklet was really helpful with good information.

Our stay was excellent. Frank was a great host and a helpful source of information for the local area. Very responsive to messages and a really nice guy. Would stay here again!

This house was great! We had a corporate offsite event with about 12-13 people for 2 days and it was very spacious. Parking fit about 5 cars which was helpful and it is very walkable to the beach and restaurants. The outdoor areas at the house were also very spacious which was great. Would highly recommend for any large groups.

My family had a great time. The location was perfect for us. Private, but close to everything we needed. We spent a day in Boston, about a 90 minute drive. About the same to Portland Maine for a day. Manchester/Boston airport was only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend Tuscan Village in Salem, NH about 30 minutes away. Great shopping, dining, and entertainment venue.

What a lovely stay in such a lovely home. We truly enjoyed our stay and I would love to come back soon. The location was private and beautiful and so very peaceful. We attended a wedding in town and the location was close to so many restaurants and locations for the wedding it was a lovely space to recharge in between wedding events. I can't wait to come back and explore the hiking trails. Yewona & Gabriel were wonderful hosts and the space is more beautiful than the photos.
