Beach condo holiday rentals in Salisbury

"Vitamin Sea" was a lovely place to stay for my husband and I.. It was quiet and out of the craziness of the hampton strip, yet we were able to Uber to the strip within 5 minutes. Edith's place was clean and felt like home, and she was very responsive when we had questions. We hope to return next year!

Most enjoyable vacation I have ever experienced. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The location was as described, and the scenery was breathtaking. I will be planning on coming and staying here again next year and years to follow!

Kevin's place was amazing in so many ways. Location is the first! Not only is his rental across from the beach and you can gaze at the crashing waves to your hearts content, but his space was well appointed; we didn't use the kitchen much, but when we did, we had what at we needed at our fingertips. There were things left from other guests available for you to use. The condo was clean and what you see in the pictures is EXACTLY what you get. Check is was the easiest checkin I could imagine-there WERE PICTURES. You can't mess it up. Kevin was super responsive when we needed him. The only thing to consider is parking is in the back of the condo and you must pass thru a low clearance corridor from route 1a to the parking lot. Those with a high clearance vehicle or a thule rack or j bars for kayaks might have an issue with clearance. We have a siennna with no roof racks and had no issues. Thank you, Kevin, we will happily return!!

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

Location, location, location!!! Paul’s place is optimally placed at the end of I St. When you cross the road you are exactly at a stairwell down to the beach. Just so super convenient! Clean and neat space comfortable for two. We plan on returning.

We had such a relaxing and memorable stay at this beautiful beachside Airbnb! Just a 2-minute walk to the beach, where we caught an unforgettable sunrise! It was an absolutely magical experience. The fresh ocean air and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. Jennifer was an excellent host! She was communicative, kind, and incredibly accommodating. She even allowed us a late check-out, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind by the sea!

Really enjoyed our weekend in Salem. This is the perfect location. Not directly in downtown so less noise and business, private driveway for parking and walkable to all the attractions. The place was quaint and comfortable. Loved staying in a historic home. Price was cheaper for a group than any local hotels and also allowed the family dog.

The place was stunning and close to Boston Commons and all the tourist attractions. Jay was wonderful and came over to greet us and talk about all the amenities and getting around Boston. We loved the place and looking forward to staying again!

Had a lovely stay in the cute town of Winthrop. The house was an old, but very newly renovate with all the quaintness you find in a well cared for historic home. The beds were comfortable. It was in a great location and there were so many nice ammenities that other places I’ve stayed did not have. The little extras like the laundry detergent, the Keurig and pods, a bottle of wine All meant so much. I was with my son and daughter in law and two granddaughters, and everybody felt immediately at home. Will definitely return.

Just got home from a week in the Sandcastle. It is even better in person. It sits on the rope walk, along the bay. It was fun to walk the dogs, and people watch. The beach is just steps away, and it was fun to pick up shells. Fun for the entire family.

My daughter and I arrived slightly early and I asked if I could possibly arrive a little early and the answer was absolutely yes! We could drop off our luggage since they were still in the midst of cleaning from earlier guests and this was greatly appreciated. We were even recommended a wonderful restaurant within walking distance (Lincoln Tavern). Once we were able to check in we noticed the water pressure was excellent and the apartment appeared extremely clean and looked like the photos. The neighborhood has plenty of amenities and good coffee shops with pastries. I would stay here again if I ever make it back to Boston. Please note that this apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Really enjoyed my stay. Many mornings having coffee on the balcony listening to the ocean. The kitchen had everything I needed for preparing meals and the memory foam mattress was a welcome respite after a long day at work. Phil was very approachable and quite friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This was an awesome place for my daughter, her family and I to spend time sightseeing Boston while also letting the kids (and ourselves) relax with some beach time. Access to the Boston sights was easy with our rental car, though I think we could have done it well using the “T” which is a 10 minute walk. The house is giant, and the bedrooms on the upper level allowed the grandpa (me) to go to sleep at a reasonable hour while the kids hung on the lower level. The kitchen has all we needed to cook, though there are restaurants a short walk or a drive. One thing that I loved was that the place was spotless clean and NONE of the little things like loose knobs or broken shades. Oh, and a giant washer/dryer made cleaning up after the beach easy. I consider this the best of the AirBnB homes I’ve visited.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Don't go to a beach town and not stay on the beach! Incredibly beautiful location! The apt was absolutely perfect, and the decor was the ideal New England beach setting! Big, roomy and with two baths- we never felt crowed. The kitchen was well stocked, so we felt right at home. The beach chairs and beach towels made getting to the beach easy. A question or two popped up and they got back with us immediately!

We had a wonderful stay! This place did not disappoint. The beach is pretty much right outside your door. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The beach house is pristine and beautifully decorated. It was exactly as pictured, described and so much more. Lisa was so nice, accommodating, and available. We will stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Can’t say enough good things about our host Mike. He is very respectful and responsive to any questions or concerns. It was a shame the elevator was out of order and his place is on the third floor but it is well worth the hike!! The expansive ocean view directly in front is beyond beautiful and it takes your breath away as soon as you enter. The only way to get closer to the surf and sea is to be in it!! Mike’s place is compact and perfect for two people or a very small family. This condo has everything needed for a great respite.

Serendipity Penthouse was so beautiful and relaxing, so much so that we kept pushing our plans because we didn't want to leave. You can't ask for much more than a view of the water, with the ocean breeze, sunshine and coziness inside the house. Sunrise was my favorite. The bathroom was also poshly designed and fun to get ready in. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic spot in South Boston!! Clean, spacious, within walking distance of so many great restaurants! Would 100% recommend and stay there again!!

Our family made some great memories here - we walked downtown every day and took in all that Salem had to offer - there's so much to choose from in this town! Joseph's place felt like home to us - one of the things that sets it apart are great beds. We have some back problems in our family and often struggle with places that are lovely, but don't have very good mattresses. We loved everything about this place and hope to visit again.
