Goncourt42 is a secret apartment in the heart of the passage where Marc Bernard, 1942 Goncourt Prize winner, lived. The apartment revolves around a terrace that opens onto a wooded courtyard, lulled by the bells of St-Castor and the murmur of conversations from a small restaurant. We decorated it in the image of our passions. The bathroom and the state-of-the-art kitchen are combined with antique objects. You'll love this spacious studio with its warm colours and cosy atmosphere! Ideally located at the entrance to Sommières, charming city between Nîmes and Montpellier, it overlooks a pretty courtyard with an independent entrance from the owners' house. Recently renovated, it features a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet with a washbasin, and a shower with a steam room. It is connected to Wifi. You have pool access (see notes).

Old Farmhouse with pool & garden

This farmhouse from 1610, 1 minute away from Sommières by car. You will be in a peaceful setting with no street noise and a 9x4m pool to cool yourself on hot summer days. The garden goes down to the river where one can go fishing. From certain spots you can see the Chapelle Saint Julien from the XIth century as well as the château de Sommières. There is a brasero and a pizza oven outside to enjoy time together outside.
