I sincerely recommend this Airbnb, it's a very peaceful, very charming and warm little corner. The host was remarkably kind, also very warm and welcoming. Bernadette’s place was somewhere we knew quite well as we had seen it advertised for sale although we weren’t aware it was one and the same. Although it turns out it’s not a property for us it was exactly as described.

Thank you for your responsiveness. Your home is very cozy It is well equipped, quiet we were able to spend a pleasant time on the terrace, which is a real plus. i would recommend this beautiful place I didn't have time to visit the village and it seems a shame

We spent a few very pleasant days in a beautiful natural setting. We've enjoyed peace and quiet. Marie Claire is welcoming and very nice. We'll be back.

Paula met us when we arrived to show us the apartment and was very helpful. The location is very rural and beautiful with walkable trails from the house. Well organized kitchen for cooking meals. Lovely yard to relax , we had a lot of rain but when the sun came out we really enjoyed sitting out. Paula and her family were very kind and respectful.

The accommodation offered was very good, with nice little touches on arrival and very useful instructions and information. Clean and matches the photos. At the end of our stay we attended the village festivities, very well located without disturbing sleep afterwards.

We loved our stay - the apartment was so beautifully quiet with a countryside feel and an easy few minutes drive to sauveterre-de-Bearn and Salies-de-bearn, both delightful and interesting villages. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the fully equipped kitchen was perfect Maite was the most delightful host - we do not speak French and she was incredibly helpful and patient with our queries. Very cozy accommodation in a small atypical Basque village, very clean accommodation, very quiet... accommodation very well equipped with appliances. Everything is available to spend a pleasant stay, covered terrace... Everything is well thought out for our dogs, fenced garden, hair blower and vacuum, bowl etc. made available to us. We had a great stay at Francis' place in Cauterets. The apartment is situated just outside of Cauterets centre (abut 10-15 min walk). This is clearly a 'ski resort' and we were there out of season so everything was very quiet with a number of shops closed, which suited us as we were looking for a quiet 'get-away'. We found it to be a good base from which to visit the most popular and interesting places in the area such as Foret de la Vallee-de-Saint-Savin, Lac du Gaube, Lourdes, Gavarnie and Col du Tourmalet, all of which are well worth a visit. Some truly spectacular scenery! We were there in May and were fortunate with the weather, a little rain, but some fabulous sunny days to see this spectacular scenery. The apartment itself was very clean, warm and comfortable. Francis lives downstairs, so was always available with help and advice should it be required. A very friendly and amenable host!

We had a great few days at Olivier’s apartment. He and Alexis were very helpful and gave us lots of good information and answered my queries very promptly. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard .The views of the beach and forest are amazing,it’s a very peaceful space to relax.

Very nice studio, with a very nice view of the Hedas. The interior is decorated in a NY city style. This creates a pretty nice atmosphere. The equipment is new and well chosen (rain shower or massage radiator design! Etc.) Good location.

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were greeted by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available, which is a real plus for getting around the city.

We had a pleasant stay in a very beautiful setting with the bonus of the caves of Urdax 70M from the rental. The village is also very pretty, with departures for nice walks around. The border is not far away with its shops and restaurants. Thank you Gema for the Basque welcome cake. The accommodation is spacious but the shower a little small. We are delighted with our stay.
