Fully equipped apartment on the farm-stocked kitchen, relaxing deck/BBQ and a California king bed with heated mattress pad and down comforter, fireplace and large soaking tub in the master bath. This is a romantic, memorable place. We provide farm fresh eggs and the usual coffee/tea/hot chocolate/creamer. If it isn't in the apartment just ask us! You will be able to visit alpacas, llamas and watch the free range guinea hens. Can be adjoining to the 2 bedroom apartment adjacent. Pet friendly.

A wonderful place for couples, friends, & solo travelers to relax or adventure in a modern cabin cut into a rock wall <15 mins from Salida, CO. We designed the Rock Room with 6 floor to ceiling windows and an automatic garage door that opens up to a rock wall and your private covered balcony which overlooks national forest on both sides. Built in 2014 on 20-acres with a private drive, 900' of riverfront with a trail, superb privacy with great views, only 3.5-miles from downtown Salida and 18-miles from Monarch. With a big garden and chickens (fresh veggies and eggs in season!), we're frequented by visits from deer, great-horned owls, red-tailed hawks, and sometimes wild turkeys and elk!

Built-in 2015, it's featured in the "Small House Book" by Lloyd Kahn. It's clean and modern yet warm and cozy. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (AC in bedrooms). The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river. Our restored 1800's mining cabins is nestled in the mountains, bordering Cottonwood Creek. Our one-of-a-kind cabin offers a handcrafted odorless hot springs hot tub with an ever-flowing infinity edge and mood setting led lighting. Your private hot springs is located right off your deck. We do not have Wi-Fi, so come expecting to unplug. We have a landline if you need to communicate with anyone.
