Herzlich willkommen in unserem traumhaft gelegenen Ferienhaus direkt in 1. Reihe am Großen Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. Es gibt eine private Treppe zum See, so dass ihr direkt vor der Tür im See schwimmen oder Stand-up paddeln könnt. Abends genießt ihr den Sonnenuntergang über dem See in eurem nicht einsehbaren 400qm-Garten auf der Sonnenliege oder am Grill. Zu den Stränden der Lübecker Bucht (Scharbeutz, Timmendorf, Haffkrug...) sind es nur ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto oder ca. 10 Min. mit dem Rad.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

Detached single boathouse directly on Schweriner Ziegelaußensee for two people. The house has direct lake access with two large, furnished terraces and a balcony to the water. It is modernly equipped with TV and infrared radiators. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet is available. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, a microwave with oven and a dishwasher. Parking is of course also available.
