A place to relax with a fantastic view of the lake - pure relaxation!!! We were able to enjoy the holiday in this beautiful apartment at any time and have booked again for next year! Recommend it 100%! There's no more beautiful way to live on Lake Constance...

Iwona and Martin's apartment, is an attic apartment without a balcony but with the large windows, you feel as if the apartment is completely open. The apartment is actually completely furnished, you can set up additional beds and the kitchen has several utensils for almost all cooking skills. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity, so you can do a lot without using a car. Because you are right by the lake, several restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Thx

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others

A perfectly suitable accommodation for children and parents. You will feel at home, just drop off your suitcases and enjoy! Very nice quiet environment. You will arrive in a small family condominium that does not disturb your privacy. We may have been lucky not to have another Airbnb in the accommodation next door. Everything is designed to make your life easier. Ultra-equipped kitchen. Functional bathroom, 2 toilets, diaper bins, changing mat, safety barrier, pleasant and shaded terrace... beautiful apartment decorated and ultra clean. Thank you Nadine!

Absolutely perfect apartment for a young family. In a perfect location, directly on the promenade with great views, very nice and bright and wonderfully stylish and lovingly furnished. There's nothing missing! And Leonie was one of the best hosts we've had so far. Always available and with great tips!

We loved the location of the apartment and how lovely it was decorated. The access to the lake was great! A few steps away and we were in it. We were able to walk everywhere, so we left our car in the free parking space which was a very short walk from the property. The garden was very peaceful with the most amazing fig tree! I would change the name to “Fig Tree Boutique Apartment”. Our dog Barley had a wonderful time as well. Gabriela was very professional and we will definitely recommend her place to our friends!

We stayed at Manfred's house for a week in June. It was as described and we liked it. Communication was very fast and helpful. ☺️

We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is located in a quiet street. From the terrace, you have a beautiful wide view of meadows and trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. It's great that there are toiletry and care products as well as cleaning products in sufficient quantities and even a "minibar" is offered if you arrive later or have forgotten something. The carport offers so much space that you can also park bicycles. A great starting point to explore Ravensburg, Bald Waldsee, Bad Wurzach, etc. Communication with Manuel was flawless and super fast. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time at the Bijouhaus (2 adults, 4 children). The Bijouhaus was clean, fresh, bright and immediately created a feel-good atmosphere for us. Many leisure activities are quickly and easily accessible by car. The best strawberries of all time are available in the farm shop (5 minutes' walking distance) :) Andrea responded quickly and personally to concerns and questions. Thank you for the wonderful time, we can highly recommend the Bijouhaus...

A much more welcoming feel than the pictures suggest – cozy, with beautiful views in a lovely setting. Fantastic walking right from the doorstep, and a great golf course with restaurants and a spa also within walking distance. Spotlessly clean throughout.

We had a fantastic stay and a real wow effect when we entered the house on the 3 floors. Everything is new and modern, super chic and sparkling clean. With a group of 8 adults, we had everything we needed and could even spontaneously have a barbecue. Carolin responded very quickly to messages and was extremely accommodating. I can 100% recommend a stay here! :)

We were able to spend a wonderful week with two small children at Lake Constance. At the house, we especially liked the garden and the covered terrace. There were also a lot of games in the house for the kids. Swimming area at the lake is within walking distance. There are also countless great excursion destinations for children around Lake Constance (Mainau Island, Rhine Falls, Salem Monkey Mountain, Konstanz Schwaketenbad, etc.). An all-round great week...

The stay at the cheese factory was wonderful: there were so many beautiful details to discover, freshly cut rhubarb, a fine herb bed in front of the door, a stubborn hangover and a construction site that could be seen everywhere, how committed and thoughtfully Michaela and Daniel lay the property and the garden and make piece by piece as beautiful as the cheese dairy already is. Michaela is very attentive, she was able to assess me well and had many tips tailored to me (up to a visit to the bakery of the village - thank you to the neighbor who made this possible). This care and attention to detail also runs through the entire place: there is nothing missing, from the bathing soap to the welcome food, from the magic wand to the bedding, has quality and fun here. All in all, I can hardly imagine that you will find a nicer place to stay between Lake Constance and Swabian Alb!

The accommodation is located in a very quiet, well-maintained residential area. I spent an extended weekend there and felt very comfortable. The penthouse can be reached via an outdoor spiral staircase. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, generously sized and yet very cozy. Everything is sparkling clean and the furniture is absolutely as good as new. Above all, the furnishings of the modern built-in kitchen leave nothing to be desired. In the house rules, you will find plenty of insider tips for a pleasant stay in the region. I will be happy to come back!

The apartment is great. Unfortunately, I was not well on arrival (we were only passing through on our way home) and then we decided to drive home :-( Nevertheless, everyone was very kind and understanding.

A beautiful, stylishly furnished apartment. Beautiful garden to enjoy the peace and quiet and relax, even with a view of the lake. Very comfortable deck chairs. Kitchen equipment good, it would be perfect if it had spices instead of just pepper and salt. A casserole dish would have been great for us. We really enjoyed our time at Niclas.

We booked to spend a weekend with friends. Thomas's accommodation is perfect, charming and well-equipped. It takes a little more than ten minutes to walk to the centre, but the place is quiet and the view of the lake is breathtaking.

A very spacious place, just a 10-minute train ride to the city center/Zurich Main Station and less than a 3-minute walk to supermarkets. Sergio was very responsive to any issues or questions—we got the missing shower gel resolved promptly the next day. Highly recommended!
