Holiday rentals with a patio in Salem

A place to relax with a fantastic view of the lake - pure relaxation!!! We were able to enjoy the holiday in this beautiful apartment at any time and have booked again for next year! Recommend it 100%! There's no more beautiful way to live on Lake Constance...

Dear Brigitte, thank you so much for a wonderful week at Lake Constance. The apartment is small but nice and there is no lack of amenities! The small terrace with the garden and the view is a dream! The location is great and is perfect for excursions. Also, thank you for the always quick communication! We felt less like guests, more like friends. Thanks for this!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Johanna's apartment. Above all, the great terrace invites you to start the day there and end it there in the evening. Everything you need was available in the apartment (there was even a baby cot, a washing machine and a parasol). We especially liked the quiet location and the immediate proximity to the lake. Johanna is a super host. She is very helpful and communication with her was smooth. We will be happy to come back.

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others

We booked the accommodation for three nights and were very satisfied with the living ambience, the amenities and the cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures in the advertisement and is furnished to a high standard. There is plenty of space for two people. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The location was a bit off the beaten track in the middle of orchards, very ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. You have to ride your bike for about 30 minutes to Friedrichshafen (the next town on the lake). We took beautiful bike rides every day with our e-bikes. There are very nice bike paths and many restaurants and cafes to stop at on Lake Constance. Sarah was always quick to reach for us. We thought it was a shame that we couldn't charge our e-bikes outside at the carport. It was possible to charge the battery in the apartment, but with permanently integrated batteries, there was no way to charge them outside. A bicycle cellar with access to electricity would be ideal.

Absolutely perfect apartment for a young family. In a perfect location, directly on the promenade with great views, very nice and bright and wonderfully stylish and lovingly furnished. There's nothing missing! And Leonie was one of the best hosts we've had so far. Always available and with great tips!

We stayed at Manfred's house for a week in June. It was as described and we liked it. Communication was very fast and helpful. ☺️

We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

We felt very comfortable. It is a beautiful, modern apartment with everything you need. Communication with Philipp also worked great :) The area is beautiful and you can make great excursions. Absolute recommendation :)

The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is located in a quiet street. From the terrace, you have a beautiful wide view of meadows and trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. It's great that there are toiletry and care products as well as cleaning products in sufficient quantities and even a "minibar" is offered if you arrive later or have forgotten something. The carport offers so much space that you can also park bicycles. A great starting point to explore Ravensburg, Bald Waldsee, Bad Wurzach, etc. Communication with Manuel was flawless and super fast. We will be happy to come back.

Awesome place to stay! Thought Kreuzlingen is a little removed from Zurich or Lucerne, but the train is enjoyable and this house is worth it. Germany is a short bus ride or walk away, it was fun to experience this part of the country. We ran in to Mario several times walking, he is especially friendly and accommodating.

The whole family felt comfortable in the accommodation, especially the large window in the dining table area we liked very much. The interior is also friendly and cozy. The hosts are very friendly and seek contact with the holiday guests, pass on instructions and information, if you were unclear, you could contact them at any time, which we appreciated very much. We can only recommend the cozy house Malina!

I had a wonderful time at Valerie and Tobi's place! The house was not only tastefully furnished, but also sparkling clean and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Valerie and Tobi were very friendly and attentive hosts who were available for any questions and had helpful tips about the area. The location of the accommodation is perfect, quiet for a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this place to everyone and would love to come back. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The stay at the cheese factory was wonderful: there were so many beautiful details to discover, freshly cut rhubarb, a fine herb bed in front of the door, a stubborn hangover and a construction site that could be seen everywhere, how committed and thoughtfully Michaela and Daniel lay the property and the garden and make piece by piece as beautiful as the cheese dairy already is. Michaela is very attentive, she was able to assess me well and had many tips tailored to me (up to a visit to the bakery of the village - thank you to the neighbor who made this possible). This care and attention to detail also runs through the entire place: there is nothing missing, from the bathing soap to the welcome food, from the magic wand to the bedding, has quality and fun here. All in all, I can hardly imagine that you will find a nicer place to stay between Lake Constance and Swabian Alb!

The apartment was just perfect – super nice, modernly furnished and sparkling clean. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The hostess was super friendly and uncomplicated. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back!

Nora's place is very large and spacious. We found everything we needed there. In addition, the tourist spots were a 15-minute drive away. Which is really convenient

Very welcoming family! The accommodation was Superb, a very nice decoration everything was extremely clean when I arrived and for my trips as I slept during the day I couldn't find better than that! Very peaceful! In short, it was a great stay! A beautiful, stylishly furnished apartment. Beautiful garden to enjoy the peace and quiet and relax, even with a view of the lake. Very comfortable deck chairs. Kitchen equipment good, it would be perfect if it had spices instead of just pepper and salt. A casserole dish would have been great for us. We really enjoyed our time at Niclas.

Nice Appartment. Easy Check in and out

We spent a few relaxing days in Dorothee's beautiful apartment together with our 3-year-old son. Everything was really sparkling clean, the apartment is super modern and bright. You feel like you're in a beach house :) Dorothee and her family are very accommodating and mindful of the well-being of their guests. Within a few minutes' walk there is a bus stop, a bakery and a well-stocked organic shop. A perfect place to stay to explore the beautiful area around Lake Constance from. Highly recommended!

Spacious apartment, nicely decorated, ample amenities. Nice rooftop view. Parking is available in front. My family had a great time staying there. Thank you Host for the lovely welcome. Only disadvantage is that there is no lift so if you have large luggages that would be some exercise to bring up.
