Beautiful old renovated house in nature.

A natural gem, with peace, quiet and nature. 5 km from the highway - 3 km from Sakskøbing. The house is a completely renovated thatched half-timbered house from 1824 with all modern amenities. New bathroom and toilet, kitchen, underfloor heating and two lovely bedrooms. The house overlooks the fjord, field and forest on a large natural plot including herb and sensory garden. The old barn building, with large glass sections, is directly adjacent to the herb garden. The building has been converted into a studio with room for 6 dining guests.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The house is located in a quiet residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Close to forest, water, city and motorway access and exit. Just 10 km to Knuthenborg Safari Park and 5 km to Krenkerup Estate with Brewery-Tractor Museum. Only 24 km to Krokodille Zoo and 30 km to the Fehmarn Belt tunnel. We live 45 km. from the southernmost point of Denmark Sydstenen in Gedser. Stone sculptures with music The Dodekalitten in Kragenæs is just 27 km away, where there is also the possibility of taking the ferries to the islands Fejø, Femø and Askø.

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof, and lots of aesthetic details. It has a patio with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. Charming home from 1832 with low ceilings, but high to the sky out in the cozy garden. Enjoy the holiday with barbecue and sunbathing in the garden or coziness inside the house with fire in the wood stove. The house is located in Borre with 6 km to Møns Klint and 4 km to the beach at the end of Kobbelgårdsvej. There are two bicycles for free use for trips around the beautiful Møn nature.
