Ms. Sena was a very kind and caring host, always responding to our questions quickly and kindly. We enjoyed the whole process, including check-in, welcome and check-out. The amenities at the house were as described in the ad. While the pool being heated seemed like a detail we wouldn't need at first, it offered us extra comfort and pleasure during our stay. The garden design and lighting of the house are great. We are looking to visit again.

The stay was very comfortable, and the most distinctive thing about this place is the tranquility and the beautiful view that adds a special character to the experience. The owner of the house was helpful and cooperative, and he was always ready in case we needed anything, and we thank him for his hospitality. In general, it was a wonderful stay and we recommend this place for those looking for comfort and privacy in the middle of nature.

Everything was great from start to finish. Clear communication and warm approach made us feel at home. Check in was easy, place was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Mr. Uğur and his wife, Ms. Aybike, were extremely interested from the beginning to the end of our reservation and responded to everything we asked in a very short time. The house was extremely spacious and we stayed with 5 people very comfortably. There are 3 rooms and a bathroom and toilet on the upper floor, and on the lower floor there is a kitchen with all the equipment you need, a spacious living room and a toilet. The pool and the entire house were spotless. Thank you for their hospitality, it was a place where we could choose once again with our friends.

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

We loved the villa in the photos, but when we got there, we all just loved it. Since the villa is on the hill, it has an enormous view. There is no one around that can bother you. The temperature of the pool was very nice. There is a thermometer and air conditioning in the house, you can turn it on as long as you want. Since it was cold in the evening, we opened it all the way and the floors were warm. There are 2 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, except for 2 shared toilets and 1 shower place. The landscaping of the garden was amazing. When we will come as a crowded group, this will be our only address from now on. Mr. Emin helped me with everything I asked, and I would also like to thank him. If you're thinking about booking, make SURE to see this home alive. You'll love the nature and lake view😊

It is easy to reach by car from Istanbul. The house is not right on the road, but it is not on an empty land either. Thus, both privacy increases and the environment is not empty enough to make you feel insecure. The walls of the house are high enough to prevent it from being seen from the outside. For those who are sensitive about this, the pool can be easily entered. Its decoration is beautiful enough to stand out from other options. This changes your mood. The interior of the house is clean. All kinds of needs have been considered. After you bring your food supplies, you can feel completely at home. The width of the garden also adds spaciousness. It's exactly the same house as the one in the pictures. Also, the host Ms. Sena is very polite and you can always reach her

We stayed very comfortably as 7 people. It was as seen in the photos. It was a very clean and satisfying holiday. It was a very well prepared house by anticipating the needs. Thank you very much.

The place was peaceful and relaxing. Hussein was a great help. Great pool And garden. The patisserie we visited was amazing for the cakes. A short drive to the lake and restaurants. Will visit again.
