This Cozy villa is only 5 minutes walking distance to the center Dalyan where all the bars and restaurants. Villa has very large private garden with salty system private pool. For the winter months we have centeral heat pump inside the house so you will be able to keep your comfort in cold days. Our garden is covert with many trees and plants which gives you a nice privacy. You can enjoy the day around the pool and have fun with our pool table. Our pools are open between april/november.

Our villa, which can accommodate a maximum of 6 people including children, is also pet friendly. A bird's eye view of Gökova's magnificent flora. You start the day with pine trees on the left and end it with the sunset over the Gökova sea. Unique calm and peace in nature among the pines. Ideal for spending a peaceful day on the terrace and swimming in your private pool. A private house with a huge garden in 1600 m2 of orange, lemon and fig trees. You can hike on the forest road above.

Guest Lodge

Our guest cabin is 25m2 in size. It consists of a room and a bathroom. Adjacent to the back wall of our kulube, there is an open-air kitchen covered with a pergola, which is only for the use of our guests staying in our kulube. Our garden has a 5x10m swimming pool with a size of 50m2 and a depth of 1.5-1.6m. The pool is shared by our guests staying in the guest house (max. 4 people) and the guest cabin (max. 2 people). The pool is open from 12 June to 30 September.
