The distance to the center of Sapanca is 4 km. The distance to Kırkpınar is 15 minutes. House and pool maintenance is done only when guests check in. Pool heating is not active between June 15 and September 30.

You can enter our heated pool by taking just one step from the house and stay peacefully in our house with floor heating and a fireplace. Apart from our 3 double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, we have a sofa on the mezzanine that can be converted into a double bed. (Pool heating is turned off during the summer months.)

okay, we have a detached stone bungalow in the garden with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. 6 people can stay with the sofas in the living room. We have a barbecue and fire pit in the garden and a closed gazebo. There are all the kitchen supplies that should be in a house. Our 3x7 meter pool is completely sheltered. I prefer our guests to be family members or groups of girlfriends. Thank you. Our pool is heated.
