Our cottage is ideally located on the municipality of Lamothe Montravel, at the junction of the Bergerac and Bordeaux vineyards, on the right bank of the Dordogne, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the vineyard from its sunny terrace. 2 levels : The front door is located on the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. first level 8 steps , a large room with kitchen, dining area and living room ,a wood stove (only way to heat the house) wood provided.

It sits in a woodland clearing just above the lake,a moss lined path leads you to the waters edge 30 m away.The frame is made from tree trunks,the walls and benches hand sculpted from earth and finished with clay paints.The overhead skylight and tall windows give a light and airy feel to the inside and ensure a view of the sky and woodlands without moving from the kingsize bed

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.

My place is located on the main street of Castillon-la-Bataille, close to shops. You have a private entrance to the living room, kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your meals. Upstairs is a bedroom (bed will be made) and opposite is the bathroom (towels available). You are 10 minutes from St Emilion, 45 minutes from Bordeaux and less than two hours from Sarlat.
