7-person cottage in the countryside

Renovated house in the heart of Entre-de-Mers, ideally located for visiting the area, 30 minutes from Saint Emilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux. In the town of Blasimon, not far from the departmental lake and the Abbey. My grandparents put their heart and soul into it. So yes, I put my own touch on it, but it was mostly a choice to keep this property that they had left me. I loved growing up there, coming and living there, so I'm sure others will appreciate this place and keep it alive.

Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

2 km from the centre of Saint-Emilion, in the heart of the vineyards, opposite Château Angelus and 50 km from Bordeaux airport. You'll love my place because of its view of the vineyards from which the medieval village emerges. Treat yourself to a tasting tour of Roylland Castle. Completely renovated, Roylland Castle's harvesters' house has two bedrooms, including a master suite, and a terrace with garden and barbecue, perfect for the Bordeaux entrecôte.

4 km from Saint-Emilion, our cottage, which is located on the edge of the "Dordogne" river along a towpath, will welcome you with its 4 bedrooms with exceptional views. You can watch beautiful sunsets as well as the Mascaret wave. This fully renovated cottage in the middle of a 1500 m2 enclosed park will provide you with a sense of tranquility and well-being with friends and family.
