"La Pattoune" house

"La Patoune" is a place where loulous are welcome. The house is well located, with shops nearby, 30 minutes by RER from Paris, Parc de l'Orge less than 10 minutes away, Forêt de Saint Eutrope 10 minutes away, etc. Bedrooms 1 and 3 are upstairs and bedroom 2 is on the ground floor (see photos). House independent of ours, with heated pool from May 16 to September 30, private sheltered jacuzzi and terrace, all equipped with smoking shelters and barbecue (charcoal not included). 2 people maximum, not possible to invite additional people, NO BIRTHDAY PARTIES, WEDDINGS, PARTIES ETC... The entrance is under video surveillance and secure, it is a quiet place to relax. The house is on our property and independent of ours (opposite).
