You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a shower room and separate toilet, a huge living room with equipped kitchen. 280 m² villa close to the beaches, Royan, Palmyre Zoo (7 km) and at the foot of the Golf Course. The house has a heated pool and its California-style pool house. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen open to a large 86 m² living room, its XXL cellar space and an adjoining laundry room. Upstairs you will be charmed by a large relaxation area with its overhead projector overlooking a large terrace facing the ocean and the typical "carrelets" of our region.

Contact me at 0699827327. At 6bis, peaceful 80 m2 house in the heart of Châtelaillon, 100 m from a large park and 150 m from the beach. The thalasso and casino, in addition to all the beachfront restaurants, are nearby. Fully equipped house, nothing to provide. Possibility to rent bed linen/towels, contact me if necessary. The room is equipped with a 160/200 bed (220/240 duvet) and the second bed is the sofa bed in the living room, also 140/200.

A 5mn de royan, proche des plages et de Saujon, parfait pour un séjour ou pour les cures. Studio complètement rénové et bien equipé, de plain pied avec terrasse et petit patio. Convient pour 2 voyageurs. Stationnement sur place. Proche des commodités, secteur calme. Draps et serviettes fournis à partir de 2 nuits, pour 1 nuit je demande 10 € pour le nettoyage. Le logement est mitoyen à mon domicile mais en retrait, préservant l’intimité.
