We loved our stay in Saint Martin. Everything was perfect!! 🤩 Upon our arrival we were very well received. The accommodation met our expectations. The location was perfect, a 10-minute walk from the port and restaurants. Parking space is a real plus in a city where parking is for a fee. Finally, we really enjoyed the pool, which made us forget the few kilometres between the accommodation and the beach. We will be happy to return to this accommodation if we are back on the île de Ré 🥰

We came for the second time to this rental, always so nice! Right next to the beach, one street from the very lively market (twice a week) of a small shopping street with bars, restaurants, and some various shops. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, everything is very clean and the bedding is quality. We had a lovely stay, with a very pleasant welcome and contact from our hosts.

Very functional apartment with a large storage closet at the entrance, very convenient with children. No noise as there is no one above or below. The amenities of Pierre et Vacances are a real plus: swimming pool and hammam (sauna broken but not disturbing), ping pong tables, places to park bikes, ready games at the reception (in addition to those of the apartment), bike rental... The location in Saint Martin is perfect! We'll be back!!!

Comfortable house for a holiday for 6. Marie France and Bernadette are responsive. A quack with the heater on arrival but which was resolved. The house is easily accessible from the port by bike or on foot. Good point for the well closed courtyard for our dog because the nearby main road is very busy. We had a great vacation at La Flotte with also great weather.

We had a great few days here. All was as described and well maintained. Nice facilities for families with young children. Convenient parking on site and everything within walking distance. Checkin and checkout were very friendly (although a security deposit requirement at checkin - not permitted under Airbnb - and an inspection of the property before we could leave were unusual). Overall a happy stay!

I had a great stay at Justine and Martin's accommodation. The place matches the listing in every way. It is well located and well equipped: special mention for the terrace without overlooking neighbours and the private parking. Justine and Martin are very responsive, pleasant and adaptable hosts. I will not hesitate to recommend their accommodation to my loved ones and to return there during a future stay in Challans.

2 steps from the waterfront, typical house in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Looks small from the outside but very spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. There's nothing missing to have a good stay!
