Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Yrieix-sur-Charente

We came as a group of 7 for the 2025 Comic Festival. We were greeted with a friendly welcome that immediately put us at ease. Accommodation is clean and tidy, the items made available are well indicated and suitable (towel, kitchen, dishwasher etc.). The setting is quiet and peaceful, less than a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. Thanks for your kindness!

Charming and very accommodating hosts (Jean-Gabriel and his wife). Perfect accommodation, corresponding in every respect to the description, very clean (visibly new accommodation) and perfectly equipped, top bedding, individual air conditioning in each bedroom (each bedroom has its own private bathroom) and in the living/dining room, a very nice terrace. You don't need to bring anything with you, because you'll find everything you need... the kindness of the hosts as a gift! Frankly, it's one of the top three AirBnB homes I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in "a few".... Thanks both of you 👍

An absolutely stunning Airbnb, Debbie & Mike were amazing hosts! we weren’t lucky with the weather, so we couldn’t make use of the lovely pool and outdoor dining area. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you!

Jane was the best, most helpful and most reliable host I have ever encountered. She helped me retrieve left behind luggage by spending hours on the phone with DHL and the car rental office where my luggage was left. Jane’s property is in a stunning location, surrounded by wheat and sunflower fields and as I am an artist it was perfect. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean, decorated with excellent taste and thought to every detail. It is located about 25 minutes from Angoulême, a small city with excellent restaurants and shops. It is also in easy access to many small and pretty villages like Auberterre Sur Dronne. I highly recommend staying at Jane’s in Champagne-Vigny. I highly recommend this property

This beautiful apartment is very spacious, welcoming, very clean and very well decorated. The room overlooks a wooded area and is a few minutes from the city centre. I recommend it for your visits to Angoulême.

Really spotless listing that matched the description. Tastefully decorated. If we were back in the area we would not hesitate to rent this apartment that can accommodate our large family. The only downside is that the place is poorly soundproofed and we heard everything next door.

The cottage is superb, with its old stones full of charm, set in the middle of a green setting, not to mention its swimming pool and its "guinguette" which allow you to enjoy real moments of conviviality with peace of mind. We spent a very pleasant week here. The flat is well located for touring the area and has good amenities in walking distance. The size is good and everything we needed was there. The secure parking was very useful. Sylvain was a great host, very responsive.
