Le logement proposé par Laurence correspond parfaitement au besoin que nous recherchions. Les services et la décoration étaient de qualité et à la hauteur de nos attentes. Si vous recherchez de la tranquillité et un lieu agréable et authentique, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Accueil tres chaleureux avec Louis et Agnès. Belle maison ancienne, simplement décorée où on se sent bien, au calme et au chaud. Cuisine bien équipée pour un court séjour, et salon agréable. Literie propre et confortable. Salle de bain propre. Séjour vraiment reposant. Le gîte permet de découvrir tous les sites des plages du débarquement et les musées, sans oublier un gros coup de coeur pour la découverte de la ville de Bayeux, très jolie et agréable. Si vous cherchez du calme, n'hésitez pas !

We LOVED our stay in Sommervieu. The house was simply idyllic, surrounded by flowers and with a nearby (but not too close!) field of friendly cows wandering by. The house itself was very quiet, comfortable, and fully equipped, with everything one would need in the kitchen, loads of books and games, and firewood for a roaring fire. We didn’t use the bikes or outdoor seating because the weather didn’t cooperate, but would love to come back and try them someday. Sophie and François were super attentive, offering local suggestions and also pointers for when we moved on to Paris, suggesting a restaurant in Paris where we later had a delicious lunch! Thank you so much for hosting us, we hope to come back!

The home was spacious, clean and spotless. Located very close to everything in Bayeux. It was nice and private. Elizabeth was always a great host. Exactly what we were looking for. My mother accidentally broke one of the ornaments in the home (We left cash to replace) and Elizabeth seem to take it very graciously, considering it was an inconvenience. Which was a relief.

If you are looking to explore Bayeux and surrounds you couldn’t stay in a more wonderful spot. The house had everything you could wish for and more - a true home away from home. We loved sitting outside of an afternoon while the kids played. Katrine is a friendly and responsive host, providing recommendations on local places to eat and shop.

This location was so beautiful. The house was well equipped with everything you could need. Isabelle and Bernard were great hosts and made us feel quite welcome. The location of their home and the beautiful city of Bayeux were like a scene from a Hallmark movie. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. I highly recommend this trip and this home!

Nicolas m'a accueilli avec gentillesse et chaleur. L'entrée et la sortie se sont déroulé très simplement sur une relation basé sur la confiance et ce fût très agréable. Le logement est très bien situé Bayeux centre accessible à pied, proche sortie national pour aller faire des visites, commerce à proximité. La cour est sécurisée et l'environnement est très calme. On avait trois voitures et on a toutes pu les garer gratuitement au porte du logement dans la rue.

We loved Chantal’s place. We were warmly welcomed by Chantal, who provided us with a tour of her place and helped us get settled. The place felt brand new, everything was pristinely clean. Interior is beautifully decorated and everything was perfect. Chantal went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed - with a yummy cider waiting chilled for us, and plenty of tea and coffee. There was also all the amenities available (toilet paper; towels; dishwashing detergent etc). Chantal has very cute puppies and she allowed my son to play with them. We would love to stay again and will - but next time we will stay longer. Highly recommend Chantal’s place.

Perfect place right in the heart of Bayeux with everything you need right out the front door. Dominique was an excellent host and responded immediately to my questions. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again if back in the city.

L'hôte était accueillant et nous a tout de suite donner les informations pour accéder au logement. L'emplacement est parfait car en plein centre de Bayeux et a 2 min de la cathédrale. Je recommande vivement le propriétaire et le logement.

Studio tres sympathique..excellente situation par rapport aux plages du debarquement ( ni trop loin ni trop près) et des magasins .nous y avons passé 3 nuits et avons bien dormi car tres tranquille

We really enjoyed staying at Jonas' apartment. It had plenty of room for 3 of us and everything worked well. We loved the home's spacious garden / back yard. The building was quiet and pretty. Restaurants were a short walk. When we did drive, it did not take long to find street parking upon return.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The view was amazing and the place had everything we were looking for. The host was very responsive when we needed to reach her. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are looking to get away from the city for a few days.

We loved staying at the apartment. Just a few minutes walk from the centre attractionsand restaurants. Free parking close by. Quiet, very clean, everything we needed for our stay. Although not large plenty big enough for a couple. Super shower room. 10 out of 10.

Agréable séjour chez karin. Proche du centre ville et de la mer. Commerce à proximité et belle balade à faire le long du littoral.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel, l’appartement était impeccable, la résidence sécurisée et à deux pas de la plage et de restaurants ; Olivier a été très attentionné et nous a conseillé des activités à Villers que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!

Le logement proposé par David est tip top ! Le calme, une vue imprenable sur la mer, coucher de soleil depuis la "terrasse véranda", un emplacement à 20 minutes de Caen qui permet de profiter de la ville, de la campagne et des bords de mer ! Quoi dire d'autre ? Un hôte disponible, et pour finir, une déco sympa qui rajoute du charme à ce we en amoureux sur les plages de Normandie ! Les yeux fermés vous pouvez louer!

Very central, but also quiet. The cathedral is at the bottom of the road, where there is also a good selection of restaurants of differing kinds. The lace museum and art museum are right by the cathedral. Bayeux Tapestry Museum is a few minutes walk away . The main shopping road is also close by. Parking was easy to find and free. Communications with Guy were excellent and very quick responses. We were there Monday to Friday and there is a small market on Wednesday close to the tourist office but the one on Saturday is supposed to be very good. It’s at the top end of the main shopping street. Would highly recommend the apartment. It’s up one flight of stairs.

Beautiful apartment, very neat and clean, comfortable, in a perfect location. Very peaceful, could hear the cathedral bells when we opened the windows. Really appreciated the helpful recommendations on nearby amenities. Samuel was very responsive. Highly recommend!
